Discover life on board
For over 185 years, we’ve been refining ocean travel, considering every little thing that makes a voyage with Cunard what it is. We’re passionate about working with experts who value this kind of attention to detail, who take pride in their craft, so that we can bring our guests the very best. In doing just this, we’ve curated a Cunard Craft Collection, which is served on board our ships.
It all began with our special blend Cunard Private Label wine, created in partnership with Corney & Barrow. Since then, we've also developed the Cunard Cellar Reserve wine collection. Then there's our craft ale, with Dark Revolution, and our Cunard 4 Queens Gin editions, made with Summerhall Distillery. We’ve also developed our own vermouth, in collaboration with Asterley Bros. and award-winning sake, in partnership with the Akashi Sake Brewery in Japan’s Hyōgo prefecture. We’ve worked with The Book & Bucket Company in Dorset to create several Cunard cheeses (which are award-winning!) and most recently with Union Coffee, to bring guests a unique Cunard Blend for their brew.
We’ve collaborated with Union Hand-Roasted Coffee to bring you exquisite coffee. With their deep knowledge and passion for the craft, they’ve developed the unique Cunard Blend. Rich and indulgent, bold yet balanced, our coffee has notes of dark chocolate, roasted walnut, and shortbread biscuit. Bold yet balanced, each flavourful batch is ethically sourced and crafted to perfection. Ultimately, it’s designed for those who appreciate exceptional coffee, wherever they sail.
Enjoy Cunard's exclusive blend of Union Coffee on board Queen Mary 2, Queen Anne, and Queen Victoria.
Made in partnership with Corney & Barrow, one of the oldest independent wine merchants in the UK, and holders of the Royal Warrant for the King - and late Queen - we offer Cunard label prosecco, red, white, and rose wine on board. These Cunard Private Label wines are derived from specially selected vineyards in the upper Minervois region of France, where the soil gives rise to wonderfully complex flavours. Each wine can be delicious paired with different dishes (our expert sommeliers can help with that!) or simply enjoyed alone.
Available across all four Queens, our Private Label wine can be enjoyed on board or taken home with you.
In another venture with Corney & Barrow, we’ve created a collection of Cunard Cellar Reserve Wines, which were unveiled at the launch of Queen Anne in 2024. Comprising a Prosecco, red, white, and rosé, each of these originates from iconic regions and exceptional winemakers. Designed to bring our guests the very best, these exquisite bottles can be enjoyed across the fleet in a number of bars, lounges, and restaurants.
Like our Private Label wine, our Cellar Reserve wine can be purchased throughout our whole fleet to be enjoyed on board or at home.
Named after our ships, Queen Elizabeth, Queen Victoria, Queen Mary 2, and Queen Anne, each of our unique Cunard 4 Queens gins is copper-distilled in Edinburgh, in partnership with Summerhall Distillery. With botanicals like cherry, star anise, blood orange, and rose, each gin has been infused with ingredients inspired by our itineraries, paying homage to the flavours of North America, Asia, the Mediterranean, and the British Isles.
Our 4 Queens gin can be enjoyed across our fleet in all venues.
Working with the award-winning Asterley Bros in London, we introduced our special Cunard Dry Vermouth to commemorate the launch of Queen Anne in 2024. Used to mix our delicious martinis, when paired with our Cunard 4 Queens Gins, this vermouth serves to draw upon the complex aromas and botanicals in each glass. It’s made with natural ingredients, with a bespoke blend of flavours that balances floral and herbal notes.
If you're sailing on board Queen Anne, Queen Mary 2, and Queen Victoria, our Vermouth can be enjoyed in all bars and lounges on board.
We’re delighted to work with the esteemed Akashi Sake Brewery in Japan, an award-winning brewery that’s been making sake for more than 160 years. Together we’ve created three bespoke sakes – the vibrant and full-bodied Cunard Junmai Muroka Nama Genshu, award-winning Cunard Tokubetsu Junmai Genshu, an undiluted brew with a full-bodied, umami-rich flavour profile, and Cunard Junmai Daiginjo Genshu, an ultra-premium, medium-dry sake.
Enjoy exclusively on Queen Anne via a sake tasting experience or in our Japanese restaurant, Aji Wa.
In collaboration with Dark Revolution brewery, based in the United Kingdom in Wiltshire, we’ve developed a trio of ales that are served on board either in cans or, in the Golden Lion pub, on draft. Combining international ingredients and specially-selected hops, these beers are hand-crafted in small batches. The selection includes Cunard Black, a stout, Cunard Red, a red IPA, and Cunard Gold, a pilsner.
Enjoy in our on board pub, the Golden Lion; pick your favourite or try all three in an exclusive tasting flight.
In 2024, we started working with Dorset-based artisan cheesemaker, The Book & Bucket Cheese Company, founded by Peter Morgan. Working with our own Cunard chefs, Morgan and his team developed the Cunard Stowaway, made with Dorset ewe’s milk, and the Cunard Captain’s Wheel - a modern cheddar. Both of these creamy, and wonderfully moreish cheeses have gone on to win medals at several worldwide award events.
Our exclusive cheese is currently only available as part of the evening small plates concept in Café Carinthia (Queen Anne only), part of the ploughman’s (Stowaway only) in the Golden Lion pub (Queen Mary 2, Queen Anne, Queen Victoria), and exclusively in the Grills as part of our cheese trollies service at dinner (Queen Mary 2, Queen Anne, Queen Victoria).
