Your questions answered.
Please find below answers to key questions related to our temporarily suspended voyages.
We are voluntarily and temporarily suspending sailings as a result of the continued impact of COVID-19, and following the recommendation by the Cruise Lines International Association.
It was evident that given current Government guidance our original date of April 11 is not feasible. As we work through the evolving guidelines and restrictions put into place across the world future itineraries may be subject to change and so accordingly we are looking at how we phase our ships back into service. To give our guests further reassurance, we have put in place a policy to provide absolute flexibility for a holiday with us over the coming months.
We hope to welcome guests who had been due to travel with us between March 16 and May 15 back on board soon and we will be applying a 125% future cruise credit to the value of your cruise holiday (excluding pre-purchased spa treatments, shore experiences and/or dining experiences), that can be used for any new future booking booked by December 31, 2021 for travel by March 31, 2022. We are working on creating a large volume of Future Cruise Credits and anticipate that this will take some time. Please bear with us whilst we process these.
Guests who canceled recently will still be entitled to the Future Cruise Credit offer that they took at point of cancelation.
As voyages between March 16 and May 15 are now canceled you will not receive the previously offered on board credit. You will however receive a future cruise credit to the value of 125% of your booking. On board credit that was offered to guests continuing with their voyage after May 15 will remain available.
We will not be giving loyalty points for the canceled voyages, but you will get the loyalty points for the new voyage you book.
We very much hope that you will take the 125% future cruise credit and enjoy a holiday on board with us. However if this does not meet your needs and you would like to forfeit the 125% future cruise credit we are happy to give you the amount of monies paid on your booking. We ask that you use the online form if you are requesting a refund if you booked your cruise/voyage through us or a travel agent.
If your booking has been made directly with Cunard please call our Customer Service Center at (800) 728-6273 to discuss options available to you.
