You can use your FCC towards your next cruise fare or contribute to a travel companion’s fare on your booking. FCCs can also be used toward other charges on a booking including CunardCare®**, Cunard CompleteAir (flexible air only), Cunard Transfers, Hotel Packages, and Taxes, Fees & Port Expenses that are in addition to the cruise fare.
For new bookings, you can redeem your FCC online at Cunard.com: full details can be found in our guide. You can also call our Customer Service Department or your Travel Advisor.
To amend an existing booking, for example to add an additional stateroom or to upgrade, contact either your Travel Advisor or our Customer Service Department, if you booked directly with us.

Where the cost of the new vacation is more than the FCC value, guests simply pay the difference.
If you would like to use your Future Cruise Credit as payment across multiple Cunard voyages, please contact your Travel Advisor or call our Customer Service Department.
If booking online, your total Future Cruise Credit balance will be applied against the cost of the new voyage you are booking online. If your Future Cruise Credit balance is greater than the cost of your chosen voyage, your remaining Future Cruise Credit balance will be retained for use towards the payment of another voyage.
Future Cruise Credits have been created for all guests on the booking.
If you had booked one of these now canceled cruises using an FCC from a previously canceled cruise, you will receive the same value of that FCC back. If the value of your FCC payment was less than the value you have paid, then any additional monies paid will be returned as an FCC.
Pre-cruise purchases for canceled voyages
Any shore experiences, dining, gifts, or drinks packages you purchased for your voyage via My Cunard or via our Customer Service Department will be automatically refunded back to the credit card you used to make these purchases and there is no need to contact us.
