If you do not wish to accept the enhanced 125% Future Cruise Credit (FCC), which will be automatically applied to your account, you may request a 100% refund of the monies paid on your booking.
You have until April 30, 2021 to request a refund. In the meantime you may wish to take a look at our wide range of itineraries, soon to include voyages available up to April 2023, giving you more variety and choice for your future vacation with us, that you can book using your FCC.
Please note we are only able to process refund requests via this online form due to the unprecedented demand on our Customer Service Department and wider business at this time. As soon as we have received your refund request and have verified it, we will process your refund as quickly as we can. We kindly ask that you bear with us, and refrain from calling or emailing, so we can prioritize guests with the most urgent needs.
Please note the following when completing this form:
- You will need your six-digit Cunard booking reference (which will start with the number 2) and can be found on all emails relating to your voyage.
- It is important that we receive only one request per booking.
- The details entered on this form must be those of a named guest on the booking.
- If you have more than one booking affected by the extended pause in operations, please complete a unique form for each booking reference.
Incorrect or incomplete details entered on this form may result in delays to your refund request.
Please note, the above information relates to refund requests for voyages no longer sailing as a result of our pause in operations. Should you wish to cancel your voyage outside of this operational pause and receive a cash refund according to our standard booking conditions, please call our Customer Service Department at (800) 728-6273.
The below form should only be used to request a refund for your voyage fare. Refunds for pre-purchased experiences for cruises canceled as a result of our pause in operations will be refunded automatically to the card used to make the payment.
Guests who have booked through Travel Advisors based outside of US should please approach their Travel Advisor to process the refund. If you would prefer to claim the FCC, you don't need to do anything as this will automatically be applied to your Cunard World Club Member ID.
