As we launch our new website, you may see our old and new websites at different times. We're gradually moving everyone over to our new website as we perfect the details.
We are always looking to improve our website and appreciate all of your feedback. If you'd like to leave feedback about your experience, please share this directly on our website (you'll find a gold 'feedback' button on the right-hand side of each page). We'll then review this as soon as we can.
Once our new site is officially updated and rolled out to all guests, it won't be possible to view our old website again via cunard.com.
We're in the process of moving to our new and improved web experience. This will likely take a few months as we get everything in working order.

To tailor and manage an upcoming voyage (just like you may have done in the past via My Cunard), click the first menu link next to our logo.
If you have multiple bookings, you can only manage one at a time. Select 'manage another booking' within the same dropdown to change bookings or payments to a different voyage holiday.
You can now manage all your account details in one place. Once logged in to your profile on our website, you can click your initials in the top right-hand corner of the page to manage everything from loyalty benefits to your communication preferences.
When you're logged in to our website, you can click our logo at any time to take you back to your personalised homepage. This is another simple way to navigate to and tailor any upcoming trips.

You can now tailor and manage your upcoming holidays through the new login on our website – from online check-in to booking speciality dining and shore experiences. Just be aware that you can only manage one voyage at a time. If you have more than one trip with us, you'll need to select 'manage another booking' to browse, book and plan for a different voyage holiday.
If you have any queries that you can't find the answer to on our website and your holiday is within 30 days, you can speak to us using Live Chat. Live Chat is available to you during the same hours as our Contact Centre. When available, log in to your account and a link to Live Chat will appear on the 'Manage my bookings' page of the website.

Yes. When you log in to your account on our website, you'll see a homepage created just for you. This will include any upcoming holiday bookings and everything you need to manage and tailor your trips just how you like.

You can manage your account, preferences, holiday payments and upcoming cruise holidays all in one place. What was once MyAccount, Pay Balance or My Cunard now has one home on our Cunard website.
MyAccount: once signed in to your account on our website, you can click on your initials in the top right-hand corner of the page to manage all of your account information – from loyalty to communication preferences.
Pay Balance: you can pay for your upcoming holidays via our new website. Simply log in and select the holiday you wish to pay for via the homepage or 'My bookings' page. You can then make a payment on the new 'Manage my bookings' page. If you have multiple bookings, you can only manage one at a time. If you’d like to pay for a different trip, head to 'My bookings' followed by 'View all my bookings'. You can then choose the cruise holiday you wish to make a payment for.
My Cunard: everything you need to tailor an upcoming holiday (just like you may have done in the past via My Cunard) can now be found on our new website under ‘My bookings’.
When you book a voyage with us, an online account will automatically be created for you if you don't have one already. This means you can effortlessly manage your holiday via our website.
Once you've booked a holiday with us, you can find everything you need to know about your upcoming getaway on the 'Manage my booking' page. Here you'll see details of any bookings you've made and all the ways you can tailor your trip just the way you like.
You can only manage one voyage at a time, so if you have multiple holidays planned for the future, then make sure you've selected the correct voyage you want to make plans for.
