Mark Olive at Sea
Mark Olive, aka ‘The Black Olive’, has been a chef for over 30 years. He has established himself as an Australian food icon through his work with native Australian ingredients, expertly showcased at his restaurant Midden at the Sydney Opera House. Mark has starred in many TV shows including ‘The Outback Café’, SBS’s ‘A Chef’s Line’ and ‘On Country Kitchen’.
For one special voyage, Mark will take over the Lido alternative dining venue on Queen Elizabeth, serving bespoke three-course dinners* that shine the spotlight on indigenous produce.
