Cunard announces most extensive Insight Speaker programme for 2024 voyages

10 January 2024 [Southampton, UK] Cunard has announced its most extensive Insight Speaker programme as the luxury cruise line develops its multi award-winning* enrichment offering for 2024.

The pioneers of luxury ocean travel are world-renowned for their Cunard Insights enrichment programme, which sees acclaimed authors, explorers, filmmakers, and other notable experts enlighten and entertain guests at sea.

And no fewer than 430 notable experts will take to the stage across the Cunard fleet in 2024, as part of the luxury cruise line’s largest ever line-up of insight speakers – up from 322 speakers in 2023.

This equates to more than 2,000 exclusive Insight Speaker talks awakening guests’ imaginations and sparking new perspectives across the Cunard fleet, which, from 3 May, will include new ship Queen Anne.

Queen Elizabeth

This year aboard Queen Elizabeth, guests will be fully immersed in the Alaska experience. Renowned explorers and accomplished adventurers will share their heroic feats, providing a unique educational component to the journey.

In particular, Cunard can reveal that investigative journalist and British television icon Ross Kemp will be giving an Insight Speaker talk on board in September, sharing tales of his time in Afghanistan, the Amazon, and following some of the world’s most dangerous gangs. The season will also feature the legendary mountaineer Kenton Cool.

Queen Anne

Throughout her maiden season, Queen Anne will sail from Southampton on itineraries to the Mediterranean, Scandinavia, the Canary Islands, and the Norwegian Fjords, visiting over 60 unique destinations in 16 countries – taking in several of Europe’s most enchanting ancient cities.

And regaling guests with intimate tales from their fascinating careers will be the likes of esteemed historian Dan Snow MBE, and the hugely popular sports presenter Clare Balding.
