How Cunard live chat works

Step one

To view and use our live chat service, you must opt into our 'Functional cookies'. You should be prompted to accept or reject functional cookies via a pop-up window the first time you visit our website during a browsing session. To amend your privacy preferences, please visit our cookie policy page and navigate to the bottom where you can select 'Amend preferences', and then ensure you opt in to 'Functional cookies'.

Step two

Click on the beige 'Live Chat' icon at the bottom right of this page. You can also access this from our Contact us and Essential information pages.

Step three

Enter your name and email address and click the 'Start conversation' button. 

Step four

Type your question and click ‘send’. One of our advisors will respond as soon as possible. If there's a queue, we'll keep you updated on your position in line.

Step five

When you've finished your conversation, simply end the chat. If you’d like a copy of what you discussed with our advisor, click the 'Send transcript' button. You’ll need to enter and confirm your email address.
