Cassie Hamer

Literature
Author and journalist

Cassie Hamer has a professional background in journalism and PR, but now much prefers the world of fiction over fact. She is the author of three novels, including the Australian bestseller After the Party and her stories focus on ordinary characters who find themselves in extraordinary situations. Cassie Hamer will join the sailing as the facilitator of special Book Club events hosted by our partner Dymocks. Cassie will invite guests to discuss the best books of 2024 and give guests the opportunity to ask authors their most burning questions about the world of literature.
