When booking online, your total FCC balance will be applied against the cost of the new voyage you are booking online. If your FCC balance is greater than the cost of your chosen voyage, your remaining FCC balance will be retained for use towards the payment of another voyage.
You can also contact your travel advisor or our Customer Service Department to use your Future Cruise Credit as payment across multiple Cunard voyages.

Can FCCs be used against multiple bookings?

If your FCC was issued as a result of Cunard canceling your voyage due to our pause in operations caused by Covid-19 then yes, your FCC can be used to pay for your flights and hotels booked with Cunard.

Can I use my FCC to pay for my flights and hotel bookings?

If your FCC was issued as a result of Cunard canceling your voyage due to our pause in operations caused by Covid-19 then yes, your FCC can be applied against multiple people on the same booking.
Unfortunately, FCCs issued as a gesture of goodwill cannot be used in this way.

Can I use my FCC to pay for my traveling companion's fare?

You can use your FCC to make a new booking for any voyage on sale at that time. You may also use your FCC to upgrade your Cunard fare type or stateroom on an existing booking.
For new bookings, you can redeem your FCC online. Visit our <a title="Find your perfect Cunard voyage" aria-label="Find your perfect Cunard voyage" href="https://www.cunard.com/en-us/find-a-cruise">Find a voyage page</a> to make a new booking. You can also call our Contact Service Department or your travel advisor.
To amend an existing booking - for example, to add an additional stateroom or to upgrade - please contact either your travel agent or our Customer Service Department, if you booked directly with us.

How can I spend my FCC?

Your available FCC balance is linked to your unique Cunard World Club (CWC) membership number.
When booking online, please either log in to your account or input your CWC number where indicated and the FCC will automatically be applied.
If your FCC is not yet showing online at the time you wish to book your voyage, please contact your travel agent or our Customer Service Department and they will be able to make the booking on your behalf using any FCC you are due to receive.

How do I apply an FCC to a new booking?

Your FCC will be applied to your new booking. Please ensure that you quote your Cunard World Club membership number when making your new booking.

What happens if I wish to transfer my booking that I have used my FCC on to a new booking?

Where the cost of the new voyage is more than the FCC value, guests simply pay the difference.

What happens if the voyage I want to use my FCC on is of greater value than the FCC?

Once an FCC has been applied to a new booking, in the event of a cancellation of a voyage by the guest, any refund will be provided in the form of an FCC less any cancellation charges that have been incurred.

What if I decide to cancel a voyage that I've used my FCC to book?

You may have received a FCC credit for fare balances that you have already paid towards a voyage, when your voyage was canceled by Cunard as part of our pause in operations due to Covid-19.
Alternatively, you may have been issued a FCC as a gesture of goodwill.
Your FCC is held against your guest account using your Cunard World Club (CWC) membership number. Please ensure that you quote your CWC number when making your new booking to ensure the FCC is applied.

What is a Future Cruise Credit (FCC)?

If your booking was canceled by Cunard due to Covid-19, your FCC has no expiry date and can be used at any time.
FCCs issued as a gesture of goodwill, for example as a result of denied boarding or isolation, are valid for two years from the date of issue.

Unless otherwise stated, your FCC can be redeemed online against any booking, for any voyage on sale at the time of booking.

Because FCC is like store credit, it has cancel fees like any other type of payment. For details see <a href="https://www.cunard.com/en-us/contact-us/travel-health-advisories/interim-cancellation-policy.html#fcc">Terms &amp; Conditions</a>.

Any FCC available to you is linked to your unique Cunard World Club (CWC) membership number. You will find your CWC number on booking correspondence from any previous voyage(s). CWC numbers consist of 9 to 10 digits and may be followed by a letter.

You can now use most FCCs (some exceptions apply) towards your next cruise fare or contribute to a travel companion’s fare on your booking. Any remaining unused credits can be used to treat yourself with a stateroom upgrade or book an additional voyage.

This newly enhanced FCC type can also be applied toward other charges on a booking that are in addition to the cruise fare, including:

When booking online, please input your Cunard World Club (CWC) number where indicated and your FCC will appear on your booking. Each credit will show up as a payment type. Payment type credits may be used towards your cruise fare, in a variety of items in your booking (listed above) and even apply to other guests in your booking. 
 
FCC may take up to 60 days to show up in your account. If you need to book a cruise and you are waiting for your FCC to be applied to a booking or prefer to not apply FCC, please contact the Customer Service Department.

How do I use my FCC on a new booking online?

To add additional guests to your booking, who also wish to redeem a FCC, simply input their CWC membership number(s) on the relevant passenger Guest Details page. 
 
All guest FCCs applied to your booking will be deducted from your final total on the Payment page.

How can I book a cruise on Queen Elizabeth?

Yes! Children are welcome on board and will find plenty to see, do, and eat. The varied food in the Lido restaurant means even the most discerning of tastes will find something to suit. Find everything from burgers and chips to pasta and noodle dishes, not forgetting a good roast dinner too. Of course, they’re welcome to dine in the other restaurants too.
Activities-wise, Queen Elizabeth has a spacious Games Deck where older kids can get involved in sports like golf, deck tennis, bowls, and croquet. Then there’s the kids’ clubs. At The Zone, there are four different areas designed for different age groups. The Play Zone is for 2-7-year-olds, The Kids’ Zone is for 8-12, and The Teen Zone is for 13-17. There’s also a complimentary Night Nursery, where you can book your little ones (aged 6-23 months) in for the evening, so you can enjoy a night ‘out’.

Is Queen Elizabeth suitable for families and children?

Queen Elizabeth boasts plenty of things to do and places to dine on board. From swimming in the Lido pool and playing sports on the Games Deck to browsing the shops and Art Gallery or finding a holiday read in the Library, each day brings a chance to discover something new. The spa and salon provide you with opportunities for some pampering, and children will love all the activities at the kid’s clubs. You could dine in your main restaurant for an elegant affair, or perhaps go casual at the Lido or Golden Lion. After dinner, perhaps take in a show at the Royal Court Theatre or try your luck at the casino. Then, for drinks, there’s no shortage of bars and lounges, and the Yacht Club is your go-to destination for live music and dancing at the end of the night.

What amenities are on Queen Elizabeth?

You’ll find a range of protocols in place on board, each designed to keep all our guests safe and well. Guests who test positive for COVID-19 or other illnesses such as norovirus, will be asked to isolate in their rooms. To help limit the spread of such infections, you’ll find hand sanitizing stations throughout the ship.
When you first embark, you’ll be requested to attend your allocated muster station to register. The reason for this is to make sure you know where to go in the event of an emergency on board. On day one, when you first arrive at your suite or stateroom, a safety video will be being played on the television. This explains a range of on board safety protocols. You’ll find a variety of dining choices on board, from simple and hearty to more elegant and complex creations. You’ll be assigned a main restaurant that pairs with your accommodation, which could be the Britannia restaurant, Britannia Club, Princess Grill, or Queens Grill. Other options are the Lido, where you can help yourself to all sorts of dishes, the Golden Lion for pub food classics, and Steakhouse at the Verandah (supplementary cost) for an exquisitely cooked steak. What destinations does Queen Elizabeth sail to?

On a Cunard holiday you’ll always have at least one Gala Evening, which is the night on which you’re invited to dress to the nines, perhaps observing the theme of the evening. This will usually be Roaring 20s, Red &amp; Gold, or Black &amp; White, but you can find out on your My Cunard calendar before you sail.
