In partnership with the National Symphony Orchestra

An orchestra fit for a Queen

As one of the longest-established and most professional freelance orchestras working in Britain today, the National Symphony Orchestra is admired for both its versatility and ability to communicate, connecting with audiences with commitment and passion. The orchestra was chosen to record the scores for Queen Elizabeth II’s 90th birthday celebrations, and will again perform for Her Majesty in 2022 at Windsor Castle.

The orchestra on screen

In addition to their annual performances at sea, some of the orchestra's recent projects include recording Debbie Wiseman’s (pictured) score for the Sky Movies film To Olivia and Netflix’s award-winning The Crown, where the NSO was featured in a re-enactment of a Royal Variety Performance when Princess Diana danced with Wayne Sleep.

In 2021, the orchestra recorded discs of Mozart concertos and symphonies, as well as Beethoven's 05 Symphony, the Two Romances for violin and is currently working with Netflix on its latest period hit, Bridgerton.
