What is a Cunard Signature package?

A Cunard Signature package is an onboard cruise package offering that lets guests add drinks, Wi-Fi, and dining credit. Cunard currently offers two options: the Signature Package and the Premium Signature Package, both designed to provide added value compared with purchasing Drinks Packages or Wi-Fi plans once on board.

How can I claim my dining credit once on board?

The dining credit will be shown as Onboard Credit on the guest's onboard account.

What is included in the dining credit?

The dining credit is designed to cover Alternative Dining and the cost of premium dishes that incur a supplement in any of our venues on board. The amount of dining credit allocated to each guest depends on the specific package selected and the length of their cruise.

Are the packages available on all cruises?

Cunard Signature Packages can be added at the time of booking from April 8, 2026. They apply to all voyages sailing from June 2026 onwards. Once you’ve selected your chosen voyage, you’ll see the option to add the Signature Package or Premium Signature Package during the booking journey. Book now

Can I add a Cunard Signature Package to my existing booking in the Balcony, Oceanview, or Inside stateroom?

Yes, Cunard Signature Packages may be added to existing bookings sailing June 2026 and onward if the booking does not have the Grill Suites included Drinks Package and Hotel & Dining Service Charges on the booking.

Can I add a Cunard Signature Package to my existing Grill Suites booking if I do not have the Grill Suites included Drinks Package and Hotel & Dining Service Charges?

Yes, Cunard Signature Packages may be added to existing bookings sailing June 2026 and onward if the booking does not have the Grill Suites included Drinks Package and Hotel & Dining Service Charges on the booking.

Are Cunard Signature Packages combinable across all fare types?

Cunard Signature Packages can be combined with the Cunard Fare, Lowest Fare/Value Fares, Sailing Soon Savings Fare, and most public promotions (unless otherwise stated). Guests can add a Cunard Signature Package during the booking journey to enjoy the savings and benefits on board.

I’ve already got a drinks and/or Wi-Fi package added to my booking and want to upgrade to a Signature Package. How do I remove the package(s) I no longer want?

Once your booking window is open, if you booked your voyage directly with us, please call our Customer Service Department. Or, if you booked via a travel advisor, please contact them.

I feel unsure about removing my drinks/Wi-Fi package before I’ve purchased a Cunard Signature Package in case it’s no longer available. What’s the best way to make the switch?

We recommend confirming your upgrade before canceling any existing packages you have.

Is there a limit on the number of Cunard Signature Packages available for my cruise?

Cunard Signature Packages are subject to availability. To check if they are available for your voyage, please reach out to our Customer Service Department or your Travel Advisor.

I’ve already booked Alternative Dining but now want to add a Cunard Signature Package to my voyage. Can I use the dining credit included for my bookings, or should I cancel them and rebook on board?

The dining credit included in our Signature Packages can only be used to book alternative restaurants once you’re on board. If you decide to cancel an existing reservation with the plan to rebook it on board using your credit, please keep in mind that your preferred venue or time may no longer be available.

I bought my drinks/Wi-Fi package at a special-offer price. Will that discount transfer over to a Signature Package if I choose to book one and cancel my existing package(s)?

We don’t offer further discounts on our Signature Packages as they already offer exceptional value. If you’ve already secured other packages for a special price, you might prefer to keep these rather than choosing to upgrade.

Can I still book just a Drinks Package if I don’t want the other Signature Package benefits?

Yes – our Drinks Packages are still available to book separately. The easiest way to add a Drinks Package is by logging in to My Cunard, but you’re also welcome to speak to our Customer Service Department who will be happy to help.

Do you offer an alcohol-free Signature Package?

We don’t offer an alcohol-free Signature Package. You may wish to consider our standalone alcohol-free Drinks Package instead. You can find more information on our Drinks Packages here .

Do I get a discount for adding a Signature Package to a World Cruise?

The same pricing structure applies to Signature Packages booked for all voyages, including World Voyages and other longer-duration voyages.

You can connect to the Wi-Fi with almost any internet-enabled device on our ships. Make sure the Wi-Fi on your device is switched on, then simply select "Guest Wi-Fi" from the list of available networks.

^Cunard Signature Package Offer consists of two separate packages, the Signature Package or the Premium Signature Package. Packages are offered as an optional add-on when making a new booking on an eligible voyage. As explained below, one guest’s participation in the Signature Package or the Premium Package may be dependent on the other guest(s) in his/her stateroom’s participation, as determined by booking method.
Per day Package price varies based on voyage duration and Package type. Each Package includes a drinks package, Wi-Fi package and a dining credit to spend in restaurants during your voyage. The ‘Signature Package’ includes the Beverage Collection package, Essential Wi-Fi plan, and a dining credit. The ‘Premium Signature Package’ includes the Premium Beverage Collection package, Premium Wi-Fi plan, and a dining credit.

Dining Credits: The dining credit amount varies based on voyage duration. The $100/$150 advertised per person amount is based on a cruise of 75 nights or more; most guests will receive $50/80 credit. See table below for schedule of available Package dining credit amounts

Dining credits are non-transferable, must be used within the voyage duration and cannot be applied to dining reservations made in advance via My Cunard. Dining credits appear as onboard credit on your account and will automatically be used for on board purchases.

Beverage Package:

· Beverage Collection package (available for Signature Package purchasers): Includes cocktails, wine by the glass, beer, spirits, soda/soft drinks, zero-alcohol cocktails, freshly squeezed juices, non-alcoholic wines, beers, and spirits, and gelato and milkshakes where available, all priced up to $13.50 as listed on Cunard’s menu. Cannot be purchased on board in retail values to qualify. Bottles of wine purchased on board with the Beverage Collection package will receive a 15% discount on the standard onboard price for the bottles with a price of up to $150 and 15% off all bookings of Cunard Wine and Bar Academy Masterclass events. Package and consumption are subject to daily limit on included alcoholic beverages. · Premium Beverage Collection package (available for Premium Signature Package): Includes speciality hot drinks, Champagne, cocktails, wine by the glass, beer, spirits, soda/soft drinks, zero-alcohol cocktails, freshly squeezed juices, non-alcoholic wines, beers, and spirits, and gelato and milkshakes where available, all priced up to $20.00 as listed on Cunard’s menu. Cannot be purchased on board in retail values to qualify. Bottles of wine purchased on board with the Premium Beverage Collection package will receive a 25% discount on the standard onboard price for the bottles with a price of up to $150 and 25% off all bookings of Cunard Wine and Bar Academy Masterclass events. Beverage Collection and Premium Beverage Collection packages are valid only for guests who are of legal drinking age. When sailing from North America, the legal drinking age on Cunard is 21. However, when sailing from Japan the legal drinking age is 20 and when sailing from the United Kingdom, Europe, other ports in Asia, South America, Australia and New Zealand, the legal drinking age is 18. Guests under 21/20/18 (as applicable) will receive the Premium Alcohol-Free Collection in lieu of the Beverage or Premium Beverage package (as applicable) and will not receive any refund for the difference in beverage packages.  Exclusions and limitations apply, see Alcohol-Free Collection terms and conditions.

On sailings that begin in ports in the States of California, Massachusetts, New York, Texas, Virginia and Washington, the alcoholic beverages portion of a package will not take effect until the ship on which the guest is sailing is in international waters, as determined by Cunard, and therefore any alcoholic beverages purchased by a guest before a ship is in international waters will be charged to a guest’s onboard account; no discounts will be provided to the Package price or refunds as a result of this. Neither Package includes mini bar items, beverages offered via self-service or vending machines, tobacco, food items or souvenir glassware.  Service Charges are included in each Package for qualifying beverages included in the Packages. Service of alcohol is always subject to Cunard’s internal Responsible Service of Alcohol Policy and no refunds will be provided where alcohol is restricted under such policy. Exclusions and limitations apply, see full terms & conditions for these World of Drinks packages.

WiFi: For both Packages, Wi-Fi included for one device per guest. All internet usage subject to standard Wi-Fi policies, which may limit browsing of sites due to network security and bandwidth usage and is subject to change with or without notice. 
Cunard internet credits cannot be used or applied towards any Package and there is no ability to purchase a Package without the Wi-Fi Component.

Additional Package terms: Packages must be purchased for all eligible guests sharing a cabin. Although full Packages are only available to guests aged 18 years or older at the time of embarkation, guests aged 17 and under who are traveling in a stateroom with only one other adult will be charged the full cost of Package corresponding to the Package selected and booked by the adult. Such child will receive the Premium Alcohol-Free Collection. For bookings involving multiple cabins and made in the same transaction, if one guest books with a Package, then all adult guests (18+) booked in such room will be booked and charged for a Package (as indicated by the Package selected by any, first deciding, guest). Except as noted above regarding guests 17 years of age or younger booked with only one adult in a stateroom, children filling third or fourth berths will not be required to book a Package even if guests one and two are booked with a Package. Package cost will be considered part of the ‘total voyage fare’ and subject to cruise fare deposit, payment, and cancellation terms and condition.
Packages are void where prohibited. Package and its respective parts are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
Packages cannot be booked or combined in connection with any cruise fare (total voyage fare) percentage off discount offer or any other excluded offer as set by Cunard, including other on-board spending money offers, and deposit offers on qualifying departures.
Cunard reserves the right to amend the pricing, or availability, or the inclusions (including the Package), either in full or for individual voyages, at any time.
