What is Future Cruise Credit (FCC)?

An FCC is a credit for fare balances that you have already paid towards a voyage. All guests with voyages cancelled by Cunard will automatically receive an FCC credited to their account.

Using your FCC.

Unless otherwise stated, your FCC can be redeemed online against any booking made before 31 December 2021, for any voyage on sale at the time of booking.

Your FCC and Cunard World Club (CWC) membership number.

FCC available to you is linked to your account by your unique CWC number. You will find your CWC number on booking correspondence from any previous voyage(s). CWC numbers are eight characters long.

Helpful tip:
  • To link your available FCC to your account and automatically apply it to your booking; log in to your My Account and enter your CWC number under the 'My details' section. Please note, it may take up to 30 minutes for your My Account to refresh and show your correct FCC balance.
  • When and where will my FCC deduction be shown on my booking?

    Your FCC deduction will be applied to your booking at different stages depending upon whether or not you are logged in to your account, or if you do not yet have an account.

    Guests who are logged in to their account.

    Your FCC will be applied to your voyage on the Booking Summary Page stage of the booking process. All prices prior to this stage will not reflect your available FCC.

    Displayed price summary:
    Find a voyage - full price (no FCC applied)
    Accommodation - full price (no FCC applied)
    Number of guests and fare type - full price (no FCC applied)
    Voyage booking summary - price with FCC applied

    Guests who are not logged in or do not have an account.

    As long as you have your CWC membership number to hand, your FCC is still available and can be applied to your booking even if you do not have an account or you are not logged in.

    Simply continue as a guest at the Guest Information stage and enter your CWC number when filling in your primary traveller information.

    Please also enter the CWC number of subsequent guests when adding them to your booking: their FCC balance will be deducted from your final total.

    Adding additional guests with FCC to your booking.

    To add an additional guest to your booking, who also wishes to redeem an FCC, simply input their CWC number(s) on the relevant passenger Guest Details page.

    Additional guest FCC balances will be deducted on the Payment page.

    Remaining FCC balances.

    If your FCC balance is greater than the cost of your chosen voyage, your remaining FCC balance will be retained for use towards another voyage.

    Booking a voyage: Your Future Cruise Credit can be used to book a future voyage (or voyages) with Cunard. Unless otherwise stated, your FCC can be redeemed against any booking made before 31 December 2021, for any voyage on sale at that time.

    Upgrading an existing booking: If you have a future voyage booked with us already, you can use your FCC to upgrade your booking. Swap your Britannia Balcony for a Queens Grill Suite or change from an Early Saver to a Cunard Fare.

    What can't an FCC be used for?

    Paying your deposit: Where the cost of the voyage is more than the available FCC, the FCC is deducted from the total cost before the deposit due is calculated, unless full balance is due (if within 90 days of departure*).

    Additional flights: Your FCC may be redeemed on voyages where flights are included, but cannot be used to book additional flights to those already included. Additional flights will be charged separately.

    Shore excursions and land tours: We work with third parties to help organise our acclaimed shore excursions and land tours. Unfortunately FCC cannot be redeemed against these excursions.

    *Please note, for voyages departing up to and including 31 December 2021 this is reduced to 30 days.
