Staying connected couldn't be easier.

From $18 per day, our internet service*, Cunard Guest Wi-Fi, offers a choice of packages to suit your needs while at sea.

Purchasable on board, our Essential and Premium plans are available by the day, or can be purchased for your entire voyage. Both plans are also available to pre-purchase via My Cunard. Please note, internet purchase is not required for use of our on board digital planner, My Voyage.

To purchase on board, open a browser on your device and log on to the ship's Wi-Fi, following the instructions, or purchase via My Voyage. Visit the on board library (or ConneXions, if you are sailing on Queen Mary 2) for assistance in connecting. Alternatively, book before you sail by calling us on 0344 338 8641.

All Cunard staterooms include a telephone for your convenience. Most mobile devices should also work well at sea and in port, so you can call friends and family during your voyage**.

*Wi-Fi may be slower at sea when compared to terrestrial connectivity. Geographical location, weather and the number of users using the system can have an impact on connectivity speed.

**Please confirm maritime roaming capability with your network provider. Maritime roaming may incur additional charges.

Holiday your way with My Voyage.

Once on board, you’ll be able to access My Voyage, our complimentary digital planner, from any smart device by joining the ship’s Wi-Fi. My Voyage allows you to browse and book your ship’s restaurants, select entertainment on board, and join a virtual queue (giving you more time to relax while we prepare your table).

Purchase of a Wi-Fi package is not required for access to My Voyage: it is available for all guests to use, as long as they have a compatible smart device. Find out more with our online guide to My Voyage, and with the material provided in your stateroom on board.

Terms and conditions.

Internet plans are satellite reception permitting. The prices shown are per day, based on one plan. You may use multiple devices on one plan, but you can only use a single device at any one time. If you wish to use multiple devices simultaneously, you will need to buy additional plans. Discounts are available for multi-device plans and plans on voyages of 16 nights or more in duration.
