Choose either the Commodore’s Collection or the Captain’s Collection and create your own tailor-made selection of wines, opting to enjoy either 6 or 12 bottles, with savings of up to 25% when compared to buying each bottle individually.

Prices are quoted in US Dollars, inclusive of a 15% service charge and are subject to change. Wine collections can be purchased up to 3 days before your voyage departs. You can cancel your wine collection at any time before your voyage departs by visiting My Cunard for a full refund to the original payment card. If you cancel on or after the departure date of your voyage a 100% cancellation fee applies and no refund will be made. Individual wines included in wine collections are subject to availability. Details of included wines shown on My Cunard or our website are illustrative only. If a specific wine is unavailable, we will substitute it with a replacement wine of equal or greater quality that we select. Wine collections may be withdrawn from sale at any time and may not be available on every voyage.

Wine Collections are currently available on all Queen Anne, Queen Mary 2 and Queen Victoria voyages. 
Wine Collections for Queen Elizabeth are not currently available for purchase on My Cunard.

Are Wine Collections available on all ships?

Yes, you can surprise someone with one of our on board gift packages, such as the&nbsp;<a>Ultimate Celebration Package</a>. You could even arrange a vow renewal on board with one of our&nbsp;<a>Ceremonies at Sea packages.</a>You’ll need to place your order at least four days before the voyage departs by calling our Customer Contact Centre on&nbsp;<a>0344 338 8641</a>&nbsp;and giving the recipient’s full name and date of birth.&nbsp;<a>Lines are open Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 8pm, Saturday from 08:30am to 6:00pm, and Sundays and bank holidays from 10am to 5pm. Local call charges apply.</a>If you are sailing on the voyage and would like to order the Celebration Package to your own stateroom, you can do this on My Cunard.Gift packages and flowers are subject to availability and will be delivered to your stateroom on embarkation day. If you cancel your order more than four days before the start of your holiday, you’ll receive a full refund. If you cancel within four days of the start of your holiday, we’re unable to offer a refund.

Can I arrange a special surprise for an anniversary on board?

No, all wine packages must be paid for at the time of booking. You can do this via the My Cunard portal, with a valid credit or debit card. On board credit can be used for purchases made during your voyage.

Can I pay for wine packages with my on board credit?

Can I purchase multiple wine collections?

You can make amendments or cancel a booking on My Cunard. Visit the My Orders page to cancel your package. Wine packages may be cancelled at any time. A non-refundable cancellation charge equal to 100% of the wine package is payable where wine packages are cancelled on or after the departure date of your cruise. For all other cancellations, a full refund will be made to the credit or debit card used to purchase a wine package.

How do I amend or cancel my wine package?

Your wine package voucher will await you in your stateroom on embarkation day. Kindly present this voucher to your sommelier in any restaurant on board, who will retrieve your selected wine. Alternatively, you can request that your bottles be delivered to your stateroom.
