An award-winning English sparkling wine, Chapel Down Brut is a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Pinot Blanc. A crisp, fresh style of sparkling wine with generous notes of green apple, bright citrus and wild strawberry. The palate is smooth and delicate with a refreshing, balanced finish and fine, persistent bubbles. Based in Kent, in the heart of the Garden of England, Chapel Down produce wines of the highest quality, which we believe offer the best expression of England. It's perfect for every 'big little moment', so pop open a bottle and enjoy a fresher way to celebrate!

White wine

Pinot Gris, A to Z Wineworks, Oregon, USA

A to Z Wineworks Pinot Gris is a crisp, refreshing white wine with a light, bright flavour. This wine boasts a pale straw colour with a slight tinge of green. On the nose, it features notes of pear, lemon, and jasmine, which are carried through to the palate. The flavours of this wine are well-balanced and have a zesty acidity. It is made from hand-selected grapes from high-quality vineyards in the Willamette Valley, Oregon, and is produced using sustainable farming practices.

Chardonnay, Catena Alta, Mendoza, Argentina

Catena Alta Chardonnay is sourced from select rows in two of the Catena family's Andean vineyards: Adrianna and Domingo. The blend of these historic rows, like the marriage of sounds that create a symphony, yields a highly aromatic and elegant wine that speaks for the earth and the vines that have been tended by the Catena’s for four generations.

Châteauneuf-du-Pape Blanc, Château Fargueirol, Rhône, France

Plots are located in the northern part of Châteauneuf-du-Pape, and the vines are grown using organic methods. The presence of a great number of rounded stones known as "galets" in the earth is evidence of the time when the Rhone, then a torrent, tore fragments of rock from the Alps and deposited them on the plain. Harvest is sorted by hand, destemmed and crushed. Matured in vats and oak casks. The GRAND VENEUR cuvee will express year after year a great power and aromatic complexity.

Sancerre 'Le Petit Broux' Blanc, Les Celliers de Cérès, Centre Loire, France

Le Petit Broux Sancerre comes from the Loire Valley’s renowned chalk-and-clay soils, giving the wine both aromatic lift and elegant structure. Fermented in stainless steel to retain its vibrant freshness, it shows bright gooseberry and citrus flavours complemented by subtle hints of tropical fruit, all framed by the crisp, flinty minerality typical of the region. Elegant, refreshing and versatile, it pairs beautifully with seafood, salads and light poultry dishes.

Chardonnay Chablis, Domaine Millet, Burgundy, France

Domaine Millet has been family-run since the 1960s and is now led by Baudouin Millet. Working with minimal intervention, the estate produces classic Chablis with stony, mineral aromas, honeyed fruit, and a palate of crushed seashells and stone fruit. Crisp acidity balances richness, creating a well-structured, typic Chablis.

Sauvignon Blanc, 'Cloudy Bay' Marlborough, New Zealand

Founded in 1985, Cloudy Bay Sauvignon Blanc confirmed Marlborough (and NZ) as a world-famous wine region. While every vintage is unique, Cloudy Bay’s signature style is defined by its vibrant nose, mouthwatering palate and long finish. Cloudy Bay Sauvignon Blanc has bright lemon-curd notes layered over white nectarine, and fresh-sea-salt aromas reminiscent of a cool sea breeze at the end of a warm day. Pair with fish, seafood, salads and bright, herby salads.

Chardonnay 'Valravn' Sonoma County, USA

Valravn was created by Napa native Rob Fischer and wine entrepreneur Baron Ziegler of Banshee Wines. Sourcing select parcels across Sonoma County, they craft balanced, modern Chardonnay, with fruit believed to come from some of the region’s top producers.

Grapes are hand-harvested, primarily from the Russian River Valley, with some Dry Creek fruit. Fermentation takes place in French oak (75%) and stainless steel (25%), with partial malolactic fermentation. The wine is aged for ten months in French oak. Think Sonoma with a touch of Meursault elegance.

Petit Verdot 'Chaski' Viña Perez Cruz, Maipo Valley, Chile

From the mountain foothills of the Maipo Andes, this is a complex and elegant Petit Verdot. Aromas of ripe red fruit are enhanced by herbal, tobacco, black pepper, and spicy notes. The palate is opulent and fresh, with soft tannins and a distinctive mineral note leading to a long finish. Aged for 12 to 14 months in 100% French oak barrels, this wine is a true expression of its high-altitude terroir.

Zinfandel, Seghesio, Sonoma County, California, USA

The Seghesio family has been making wine in Sonoma County since 1895; some of these early vines are still used today! Their Zinfandel is richly textured and elegant, brimming with notes of blackberry, blackcurrant, plum, cherry and allspice aromas. The palate is bright with supple tannins and a hint of vanilla. The grapes are sourced from the estate or from like-minded growers with whom Seghesio have long-standing relationships. Each parcel of grapes is fermented separately – 150 ferments in total – to allow for as many blending options as possible, resulting in a beautifully complex wine.

Malbec, Bodega Colomé, Salta, Argentina

Established in 1831, Bodega Colomé is the oldest working winery in Argentina and home to one of the world’s highest commercial vineyards planted at a staggering 3111 metres above sea level. This elevation brings a crucial freshness to such intense wines. Their ‘Estate’ Malbec is made using hand-harvested fruit and is aged for 15 months in large French oak barrels with minimal intervention. This ensures only the best-quality fruit is used and softens the tannins, creating a bold yet balanced wine with juicy black fruit, floral notes, and a gentle spice on the finish, supported by crisp acidity.

Rioja Gran Reserva, Bodegas LAN, Rioja, Spain

The Tempranillo grapes are sourced from 40-year-old, low-yielding vines in Rioja Alta, with some Mazuelo grapes from Bodegas LAN's spectacular vineyard, Viña Lanciano. Wine maker María Barúa is an oak ageing expert who pairs each wine with its perfect barrel to create full-bodied, rounded wines with velvety tannins, and the Gran Reserva is no exception. The wine was aged for 25 months in a combination of French and American oak barrels, then a further 36 months in the cellars before release. Blackfruits, fig, and vanilla balance with cinnamon and smoke on a lingering finish.

Seigneurie de Crouseilles, Château de Crouseilles, Madiran, France

Chateau de Crouseilles Madiran, with vineyards dating back to the 18th century, beautifully expresses the distinctive aromas and flavours of the Tannat grape. Silky on the mouth with rich ripe notes of blackcurrants, complemented by hints of fresh black pepper and cloves. This savoury wine is generous and has wonderfully ripe and sweet tannins. To pair with grilled meat and matured cheeses such as Cantal or Pyrenean.

Merlot, Saint-Émilion Grand Cru 'Corney & Barrow' Bordeaux, France

The Corney & Barrow team tasted many, many wines, several times, before our friends in Bordeaux came up with this wine, sourced from a Grand Cru property bordering the Pomerol. It provides exemplary opulence and a plethora of cherried fruit, underpinned by dark chocolate vanillin and refined minerals. A medium-bodied, bright ruby coloured Merlot blend.
