Lunchtimes at Steakhouse at The Verandah are a relaxed occasion with an informal dress code. Expect favorites like delicate Dover sole, prepared à la meunière, or simply grilled, and house-smoked Irish short rib, cooked low and slow, with spiced coffee and almond crumb, and caramelized shallots. Should you be joining us for dinner, you’ll find the evening menu expands to include a wider steak selection and other options, such as a succulent lamb rack and jumbo grilled tiger prawns.

As with the dining menu, the Bar at Steakhouse at the Verandah showcases ingredients hailing from either side of the Atlantic. You’ll find a generous list of drinks to complement your meal, including cocktails inspired by New York and London; a nod to Cunard’s iconic Transatlantic Crossing.
