Important: new UK travel requirement

If your voyage starts, ends, or calls at a UK port, and you are not travelling on a British or Irish passport, you must apply for an Electronic Travel Authorisation (ETA) before travel — even if you do not plan to disembark in the UK.

Please submit your ETA application well in advance to avoid potentially being denied boarding at the terminal or entry into the UK.

View more ETA information on our Guidance for UK travel page.

Please note:  you cannot apply for an ETA if you are a dual citizen with British or Irish citizenship. You must travel to the UK on a British or Irish passport, or a passport containing an eligible certificate of entitlement.

Your responsibility

It is your responsibility to check the government website of the countries you are travelling to and ensure you are aware of the most up-to-date entry requirements — even if you do not plan to disembark. If you fail to meet the entry requirements, you may be denied boarding at the terminal or entry into a country on your itinerary.

You can check the entry requirements and documentation you'll need for your voyage in more detail below.

Residency restrictions on bookings

In response to Russia's invasion of Ukraine, the United States, European Union, United Kingdom, and other G7 nations have imposed sweeping economic sanctions on Russia, Belarus, and Russian-controlled regions of Ukraine. As a company that operates in compliance with these international restrictions, we are unable to accept reservations from guests residing in Russia, Belarus, or the sanctioned regions of Ukraine (Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk).
