Sparkling wine

Cunard Cellar Reserve, Prosecco, Le Colture, Treviso, Italy

Nestled in the hills of Santo Stefano di Valdobbiadene, heart of Italy’s Prosecco region, Le Colture has been run by the Ruggeri family since the 16th century. Using only estate-grown fruit from prized hillside sites, including the famed Cartizze slopes, they craft refined, fragrant and expressive Prosecco through meticulous vineyard work and traditional methods.

White wine

Riesling 'Erocia' Chateau Ste. Michelle, Washington State, USA

A labour of love for two of the world's great Riesling producers, where old and new philosophies blend to create exceptional Wines. Dr Loosen Estate of Germany and Chateau Ste Michelle of Washington state. Since 1999, a fine Riesling has been crafted from Washington grapes. To preserve flavour intensity, grapes were harvested at night, when the vineyard temperature is lowest. Grapes went directly to press. Aged for 10 months in 100% stainless steel to heighten the vibrant flavours in the wine.

Gavi di Gavi 'La Minaia', Nicola Bergaglio, Piedmonte, Italy

From Piedmont in northwest Italy, La Minaia Gavi di Gavi is made from the Cortese grape and shows the variety’s hallmark freshness and finesse. Aromas of acacia blossom, white peach and wild herbs lead into a lively palate of apple, lemon and melon, carried by a gentle mineral edge. Clean, bright and beautifully balanced, it’s a refreshing, food-friendly white that pairs effortlessly with shellfish, seafood and lighter Mediterranean-style dishes.

Sauvignon Blanc Framingham, Marlborough, New Zealand

The grapes for this wine are sourced from vineyards in the Wairau and Waihopai Valleys. Each parcel of grapes is kept and vinified separately in the winery, creating a true showcase of the region’s climate and soils. Fermented in stainless steel, oak, and acacia barrels, the wine is aged on the lees and then blended just before bottling. The wine is expressive with citrus and stone fruits, a touch of wet stone and some sweet herbal hints. The fine-boned acidity is balanced by the fruit's ripeness and the richness of the texture, resulting in a crisp, refreshing finish.

Chardonnay, The Lane, Adelaide Hills, South Australia

A blend of parcels of premium quality Chardonnay from across the property, designed to showcase the hallmark elegance, balance and structural precision common to all wines from this exciting boutique estate. The very best of 'old world' structural refinement and 'new world' fruit exuberance.

Pinot Grigio, Tunella Estate, Colli Orientali del Friuli, Italy

Tunella is a small family estate in Colli Orientali del Friuli, near Slovenia. Sheltered by the Dolomites and cooled by the Adriatic, its terraced vineyards grow on ponca soils that lend purity and subtle complexity. Tunella crafts expressive wines from international grapes and local varieties such as Ribolla Gialla.

Graves de Vayres, Château La Fleur des Graves Blanc, Bordeaux, France

Here we find an extremely low production, inviting Bordeaux white, a rare find in the often overly productive Entre-deux-Mers. The vines of Château La Fleur des Graves de Vayres are planted on the best plots, all strictly maintained, so that volumes are limited and hallmark-quality, structured wines are produced. The blend combines the zesty freshness of Sauvignon, the honeyed richness of Semillon and the gentle aromatic fragrance of Muscadelle.

Red wine

Pinot Noir 'Are You Game', Fowles Wine, Victoria, Australia

This lip-smacking Pinot Noir hails from the high-elevation Strathbogie Ranges, its origins evident in the wine’s mouthwatering freshness. Fermented with Premier Cru yeast to enhance forest fruit, spice, and aromatics, it opens with a hint of eucalyptus and baked-earth notes. A warm, spicy, juicy palate with soft, succulent tannins makes it smooth, elegant, and versatile, pairing beautifully with poultry and other roasted or savoury dishes.

Shiraz 'The Footbolt', d’Arenberg, McLaren Vale, South Australia

The Footbolt Shiraz is a McLaren Vale classic with a story. It’s named for Joseph Osborn’s prized racehorse, Footbolt, which he sold in 1912 to fund the purchase of the d’Arenberg winery. The wine honours tradition with foot-treading during fermentation, delivering elegant, lifted aromas of dark cherry, black plum and Dutch liquorice. Rich, juicy flavours of mocha, black pepper and spice follow, with soft tannins and balanced acidity, making it smooth, approachable and a truly rich, balanced example of a McLaren Vale classic.

Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve, Berton Vineyard, Coonawarra, South Australia

From two parcels in Coonawarra's prized Terra Rossa region, this Cabernet is impenetrable black with a vibrant garnet hue. The nose is powerful and complex, with ripe blackcurrant, tobacco, and choc mint. The rich, harmonious palate offers abundant blackberry and dark cherry flavours, underpinned by subtle toasty oak from 14 months in French and American barrels. It is defined by a soft yet dense tannin profile, making it a benchmark Coonawarra Cabernet.

Old Vine Zinfandel, 'Maggio', Maggio Family Vineyards, Lodi, California, USA

From vines over 100 years old, this deep, rich Zinfandel shows ripe black fruit, jam, and chocolate. Cool fermentation retains fresh fruit character, while malolactic conversion gives a smooth mouthfeel. Maturation for six months in American and French oak adds complexity and a subtle, smoky finish. Gentle on the palate, this wine is the ultimate expression of its Lodi terroir.

Malbec 'Aruma', Domaines Barons de Rothschild (Lafite) and Nicolas Catena, Mendoza, Argentina

Bodegas CARO and the partnership between the Rothschild and the Catena families was born in 1999. The Catena family has been producing wines for four generations, and their vast knowledge of the high altitude terroirs of Mendoza has ranked them amongst Argentina's most renowned Malbec producers, whilst the Rothschilds have over seven generations of expertise and knowledge of winegrowing across the globe. Aruma Malbec shows great aromatic intensity, full of spicy red fruits and cherries. On the palate, the wine is fresh and fruity, and it also expresses a pleasant balance between acidity, tannins, and softness. The finish is long and delicate.

Merlot 'Trevenezie', Cecilia Beretta, Veneto, Italy

The Pasqua family’s Cecilia Beretta focuses on terroir-driven hillside vineyards in Veneto. Named after a 19th-century noblewoman, it is now led by third-generation Cecilia Pasqua. She has enlisted renowned winemaker Graziana Grassini, protégée of Giacomo Tachis, to reinterpret the classic wines of Valpolicella and Soave with finesse and freshness.

Rosé wine

Whispering Angel, Caves d’Esclans, Côtes de Provence, France

A classic Provence rosé—dry, crisp, and refreshing. Features delicate red fruit and citrus flavours. Its pale pink hue and elegant style make it highly appealing. Perfect with seafood, salads, and light appetisers. Selling points: Iconic, easy-drinking, and embodies the essence of summer.

Sake

Cunard Sake Tokubetsu Junmai Genshu, GI Harima, Akashi Sake Brewery, Hyogo Prefecture, Japan

A “special pure” sake made with Yamada Nishiki rice, sourced from the special-A Grand Cru area of Ono-Shi, this rice is polished until only 60% of the grain remains. It’s a traditional, clean, well-structured brew with a satisfying, full-bodied and umami-rich flavour profile. This sake perfectly complements a range of umami-laden dishes such as grilled Wagyu beef and Jukusei Sake Kasu glazed chicken, or sushi and sashimi. The richness of this sake really comes through when served warm.
