It’s these principles that form the foundation for our White Star Training Academy. The Academy focuses on style, care, and imagination, delivered with pride and passion. We constantly refresh our training to ensure we’re aligned with the latest definitions of luxury service. Step into the Britannia restaurant and you’ll have your napkin gently laid across your lap while your waiter pre-emptively tops up your glass with water. Want a dessert that’s not on the menu? Our chefs will do their best to rustle it up for you; just ask. Not been on board for a few years? Don’t be surprised if your Commodore Club bartender smiles at you warmly and greets you by name.
