Yes, to link bookings, all guests need to be booked on the same voyage and must be embarking and disembarking the ship on the same days.&nbsp;
Additionally, only the lead guest can request to link bookings.&nbsp;&nbsp;
If you want to dine with friends or family who are not embarking or disembarking on the same days as you, and you have both selected Assigned Dining, please speak to the restaurant manager on board and they will do their best to accommodate you.

Are there any requirements or conditions for linking bookings? 

Not yet, but this feature is coming soon.
We’re in the process of rolling out a new online tool that will allow guests who have booked their voyage directly with us to link their booking to another booking.&nbsp;If you're sailing in 2027 or later, you will be able to link bookings online ahead of your voyage.
If your voyage is sailing this year, please continue to contact our Customer Contact Centre to request to link bookings, or your travel agent if you booked with them.&nbsp;

Can I link bookings online? 

If you booked your voyage directly with us, our Customer Contact Centre can link your bookings for you. Just ask the lead guest on the booking to send us a message using&nbsp;<a title="Cunard live chat" href="https://www.cunard.com/en-gb/contact-us/cunard-live-chat" target="_blank" aria-label="Cunard live chat">live chat</a> (easiest option) or use one of the other methods listed in our Contact Us section. We suggest you only get in touch if you're sailing in 2026, as you'll soon be able to link bookings yourself online.&nbsp;
If you booked your voyage through a travel agent, you will need to ask them to link your bookings.&nbsp;&nbsp;

How can I link my booking to another booking? 

Yes, you should still select your preferred dining seating time (1st or 2nd), as this helps us understand your individual preference.&nbsp;
We recommend that all linked bookings select the same dining seating preferences. This gives your restaurant team the best opportunity to seat your party together.&nbsp;
If your seating preferences differ, your restaurant team will aim to accommodate each booking’s request, which may result in your party being seated separately. All requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.&nbsp;

I have assigned dining. Do I still need to provide a seating preference if I’m linked to another booking? 

You will need the booking reference of the booking you would like to link to, and the surname of one of the guests on that booking.&nbsp; &nbsp;
Using this information, our Customer Contact Centre will generate a 3-character code for you to share with your family and friends. To complete the linking process, your family member or friend will need to contact us and tell us this code.&nbsp;&nbsp;
Please note: only the lead guest on the booking can request to link bookings. If you are not the lead guest, please ask the lead guest to contact us.

What details do I need to link bookings?

A linked booking is when you connect your booking to a booking made by another guest who is also sailing on the same voyage as you. Linking your bookings communicates to your ship that you are travelling with friends or family on board who are booked in other staterooms.
When your booking is linked to another booking and you’ve both selected Assigned Dining, the restaurant manager will attempt to seat you together at the same table for dinner during the cruise.

What's a "linked booking"?

Bookings can be linked at any time until four days before your voyage sails. After this, you will need to speak to your restaurant manager on board your ship, as our Customer Contact Centre is unable to link bookings once your voyage is within four days of sailing.

Linking your bookings allows you to dine in your allocated main restaurant with other guests in your stateroom grade (up to eight guests per table). While we can’t guarantee that you’ll be seated together, our team will always do their best to accommodate you.
