Yes, to link bookings, all guests need to be booked on the same voyage and must be embarking and disembarking the ship on the same days.&nbsp;
If you want to dine with friends or family who are not embarking or disembarking on the same days as you, and you have both selected Assigned Dining, please speak to the restaurant manager on board and they will do their best to accommodate you.
Additionally, only the lead guest can request to link bookings. The lead guest must be aged 18 and over. If a booking has a lead guest aged 16 or 17, an adult lead guest from a different booking must link to theirs.

Are there any requirements or conditions for linking bookings? 

If you booked your voyage directly with us and you're the lead guest on the booking,&nbsp;you can link to another booking on the same voyage by logging in to My Cunard and visiting the ‘Link bookings’ page.
You’ll need the booking reference of the booking you’d like to link to and the last name of the lead guest on the booking (as it appears on their passport). Once you’ve linked the bookings using the online form, the booking will appear in your linked bookings list, and we’ll email the lead guest on the other booking to let them know.
If you booked your voyage through a travel agent, you will need to ask them to link your bookings.&nbsp;&nbsp;

How can I link my booking to another booking? 

To unlink a booking, please contact us via <a title="Cunard live chat" aria-label="Cunard live chat" href="https://www.cunard.com/en-gb/contact-us/cunard-live-chat" target="_blank">live chat</a> during our opening hours (if you booked directly with Cunard) or contact the travel agent you booked with.

How can I unlink my booking from someone else’s?

There’s no limit to the number of bookings you can link with. If you booked directly with Cunard, a maximum of 30 bookings will display online. If you booked through a travel agent, linked bookings are not visible online in My Cunard.
If you're sailing in a large group, e.g., more than three bookings, we recommend that the lead guest on one booking links to all the other bookings in the group, entering the booking reference and last name of the lead guest for each booking. This will link all the bookings in the group together.

How many bookings can I link my cabin to?

If you booked directly with Cunard, you no longer need a linking code to link your bookings. You can now link to another booking directly in My Cunard, using just the booking reference and the surname of the lead guest whose booking you want to link to.
If you booked your Cunard voyage through a travel agent, please continue to ask them to link your bookings.

I was given a linking code – what should I do with it?

Yes, you should still select your preferred dining seating time (1st or 2nd)&nbsp;and table size in My Cunard, as this helps us understand your individual preference.&nbsp;
We recommend that all linked bookings select the same dining seating&nbsp;time and table size preferences. This gives your restaurant team the best opportunity to seat your party together.&nbsp;
If your seating preferences differ, your restaurant team will aim to accommodate each booking’s request, which may result in your party being seated separately. All requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.&nbsp;

I have assigned dining. Do I still need to provide a seating preference if I’m linked to another booking? 

A linked booking is when you connect your booking to a booking made by another guest who is also sailing on the same voyage as you. Linking your bookings communicates to your ship that you are travelling with friends or family on board who are booked in other staterooms.
When your booking is linked to another booking and you’ve both selected Assigned Dining, the restaurant manager will attempt to seat you together at the same table for dinner during the cruise.

What's a "linked booking"?

Bookings can be linked at any time, up until four days before your voyage sails.
&nbsp;
After this, you will need to speak to your restaurant manager on board your ship, as our Customer Contact Centre is unable to link bookings once your voyage is within four days of sailing.

What’s the cut-off deadline for linking bookings?

Double check the booking reference and lead guest's surname you are entering exactly match the details of your friend or family member's booking, and that they are sailing on the same cruise as you with the same start and end dates.
A small number of bookings cannot be linked online, such as surprise bookings; in these cases, you will see the message &nbsp;“We’re unable to link your booking. Please contact us using live chat”. Message us on <a title="Cunard live chat" aria-label="Cunard live chat" href="https://www.cunard.com/en-gb/contact-us/cunard-live-chat" target="_blank">live chat</a> during our opening hours and one of our advisors will be happy to link the booking for you.

Why am I seeing an error when I try to link to my friend/family’s booking?

Please note that newly linked bookings may take up to 24 hours to appear. If you have recently linked to another booking using our online form, please try logging out of My Cunard and back in again to refresh the page.
If your linked bookings haven't appeared after 24 hours, you can also try resubmitting the form. If you are still having problems, please contact us using live chat during our opening hours.
If you booked through a travel agent, your linked bookings will not be visible in My Cunard.

Why aren't my linked bookings showing?
