Can I add spa treatments to my wedding booking?

We offer salon services for children over the age of 13 when accompanied by an adult over 18.The gym may be used by persons over 16 years old, provided they are accompanied by an adult over 18.

Can I bring my child to the spa/gym?

Yes. Our state-of-the-art gymnasiums are open to all guests and they are fully equipped with all the latest Technogym cardio and weights machines, as well as most of the fitness equipment you would expect to find in your local gym or sports centre.&nbsp;Each gym is staffed by trained fitness instructors, who are always on hand to give guidance where needed. Personal trainers are also available to tailor bespoke fitness programmes for you, to help you reach your fitness goals.Queen Mary 2's gym facilities can be found on Deck 7, forward.Queen Elizabeth and Queen Victoria's gym facilities are on Deck 9, forward.Queen Anne's gym facilities are on Deck 1, forward.

How do I book cruise ship spa treatments and services online?

Queen Elizabeth<ul><li>Fitness classes:&nbsp;We are unable to offer fitness classes to guests confined to a wheelchair or to those with limited vision.&nbsp;</li><li>Use of the Thermal Suite:&nbsp;We are unable to offer access to the Thermal Suite to guests confined to a wheelchair or who use service animals.</li><li>Salon treatments:&nbsp;Most of our salon treatments, hair services, and manicures are available, as you&nbsp;will be&nbsp;able to move in your wheelchair in this area. Pedicures would not be able to be performed if you cannot move from your wheelchair.</li><li>Spa treatments:&nbsp;Reflexology can be enjoyed, as you may remain seated in your wheelchair for the treatment.&nbsp;</li></ul>Please note that, unfortunately, it is not possible to provide our guests confined to a wheelchair with assistance getting onto the treatment room beds. If I use a wheelchair, are there any limitations to the spa services available to me?

Before your holidayIf you need to amend or cancel a spa treatment or service before your holiday starts, you can do so via My Cunard, free of charge, up until three days before your departure date.Refunds will be applied to the card that was used to purchase the spa treatment or service and you will receive confirmation of your amendment or cancellation via email.&nbsp;On boardSpa treatments and services may also be amended or cancelled while you are on board. However, a penalty charge may be applied for cancellations made at this late stage. There is no charge for spa&nbsp;cancellations that we receive six hours before your scheduled spa appointment, and three hours before your scheduled salon appointment. After these times you will be charged the full service fee for any cancellations. As these timings and charges are subject to change, please enquire when booking.

Is it possible to amend or cancel my spa appointment?

On all our ships, the Mareel Spa is open daily from 8:00am through to 8:00pm while at sea. In port, the hours are 8:00am until 10:00pm.The gym is typically open daily from 8:00am until 8:00pm.

If you are deemed unsuitable to proceed with a prepaid spa booking, a refund will be issued to the debit/credit card used to make the original booking. Please note that prices shown on My Cunard may differ from prices on board; however, prepaid spa bookings made via My Cunard will not be affected by any changes.
