A non-refundable cancellation charge equal to 100% of a Gift Package or Flower bouquet price is payable where Gift Packages are cancelled less than 4 days before the departure date of your voyage. For all other cancellations, a full refund will be made to the credit or debit card used to purchase a Gift Package or Florist bouquet.
