Over a music career spanning more than four decades, Midge Ure has received Ivor Novello, Grammy and BASCAP awards, and a multitude of gold and platinum records. He co-wrote and produced the Band Aid song Do They Know It’s Christmas? with Bob Geldof in 1984. In 2005, he was awarded an OBE for his services to music and charity. Known worldwide as an extraordinary entertainer, Midge is also a fascinating speaker.
