There are no Electric Vehicle charge points at the port. CPS, our parking provider, can offer trickle charging as part of their parking package on a first come first served basis.

Are there Electric Vehicle charge points at the Southampton cruise terminal?

For cruises that sail out of Southampton and fly back into the UK, or vice versa, a transfer is generally provided from the airport to the ship in Southampton, or vice versa. Cruise Connect have 50 collection and drop-off points throughout the UK which can be found on their website.
If you book your voyage with the Cunard Fare pricing, you may be able to select complimentary cruise transfers as your chosen Cunard Fare benefit. In some instances, complimentary coach transfers may be available. This will be notified to you at time of booking. If this is the case then you must ensure that you have made your coach transfer booking with the Cruise Connect at least 35 days prior to departure.
All coaches are equipped with reclining seats, are non-smoking and normally have a WC and washroom. In addition, comfort stop(s) are made en route. Coaches also have wheelchair access via a lift or ramp.

Can I book a coach transfer to and from a UK port?

We cannot accommodate pets on Cunard coach transfers. For independent transfers, please check with your coach provider what their policy is on pets.

Can I travel with my pet if my cruise includes a coach transfer?

<h3>Complimentary parking</h3>
If you are booking a cruise on the Cunard Fare promotion, you can, subject to availability, choose from either complimentary car parking or coach transfers at the time of booking.
If you are eligible for complimentary car parking and this has been confirmed by Cunard at the time of booking, you must confirm the reservation of your parking space a minium of 35 days prior to departure with Cruise and Passenger Services directly. Bookings can be made 72 hours after making your voyage.&nbsp;

<h3>Coach Transfers</h3>
For guests booking a cruise on the Cunard Fare promotion, where available, complimentary coach transfers are one of the benefits available to choose from at the time of booking.
Return coach transfers are available for other fare types on all Southampton roundtrip cruises of seven nights or more (with the exception of Full World Voyages).
Coach transfers are available to all guests on the booking. Please let us know at the time of booking if you wish to use this service and then contact Intercruises on 0344 3388 690 no later than 35 days prior to departure.
Coach transfers for Transatlantic fly-cruises operate differently. Please contact our <a title="Contact Cunard" aria-label="Contact Cunard" href="https://www.cunard.com/en-gb/contact-us" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Customer Contact Centre</a> or your local Travel Agent for assistance with transfers for these voyages.

Do you offer complimentary car parking or coach transfers?

Southampton is home to five cruise terminals: Ocean, QEII, Horizon, Mayflower, and City. You will find out which one your cruise disembarks from in the days leading up to sailing, and it will be shown on your boarding pass, which you can print out from My Cunard after check-in.
All cruise terminals have parking nearby, plus taxi ranks, accessible boarding, toilets and waiting lounges with ample seating. Some terminals also have priority lounges for qualifying guests. Food and drinks are available from cafés, snack bars and vending machines at all terminals.
