WASHINGTON SLAGBAAI NATIONAL PARK
Discover the cacti, divi-divi trees and iguanas at Bonaire’s national reserve, where the beaches provide a nesting ground for sea turtles. Explore the striking landscapes, home to parrots, flamingos and an array of birds and wildlife.

1000 STEPS
The name of this popular snorkelling site comes from the long flight of stairs leading to the beach. Parrotfish, Manta Rays and Hawksbill Turtles can all be spotted here.

OUTDOOR MARKET
Situated by the old pier in Kralendjik, Venezuelans bring fruit and vegetables on their boats to this picturesque Roman style building. Close to the market, you’ll find the Old Fort, Customs House and the historic government building.

DONKEY SANCTUARY
Walk amongst hundreds of donkeys in their natural environment at this ecological park. Flamingos, iguanas and tortoises can all be seen in the sanctuary garden.

MUSEO BONERIANO
Uncover local history and culture at Bonaire Museum, the largest museum on the island. Sited in a 110 year old plantation house, antiques, island mythology, photographs and a shell collection are all on exhibition here.
