Passenger Locator Form.

Our guide to completing the UK Government Passenger Locator Form (PLF).

We’d like to remind you that it's important to stay up to date with the latest travel requirements relating to all aspects of your holiday. It is your responsibility to organize and complete all documentation and testing requirements, therefore please ensure you are aware of, and compliant with, the latest Government guidance for traveling. This includes travel to your port of embarkation and your return home. The guidance may change with little warning. For the latest government guidance please visit the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) website.

The UK Government requires anyone entering the UK to complete a Passenger Locator Form (PLF). Guests will need to complete a PLF if entering the UK to board their ship, and all guests (both UK and non-UK residents) will need to complete a separate PLF for their voyage.

The testing requirements and time frame to complete your PLF vary depending on how you enter the UK and how long you will spend there.

We have put together some helpful guides, covering several scenarios, detailing everything you need to know to complete your PLF before you board your ship.
