If you’re entering Canada as part of your cruise, you’ll need to complete a pre-travel entry form online at home before you embark on your holiday.
Per the latest government advice, all guests aged 12 and over travelling to Canada will need to supply some mandatory pre-travel documentation in advance of their holiday. You can find the latest entry requirements for Canada on the official Government of Canada’s website. We’ve also outlined the most up-to-date information on this page to help you complete the steps you need to take at home, prior to embarking on your Cunard cruise.
Creating an ArriveCAN account.
To be permitted entry into Canada, you’ll need to supply some mandatory travel information to the Canadian government in advance of travel via the official online admissions platform ArriveCAN.
You can access ArriveCAN on your web browser at Canada.ca/ArriveCAN or by downloading the complimentary ArriveCAN app for iOS and Android devices (please ensure you have the most up-to-date version if using the app). To be ready for your trip, you will need to create your free ArriveCAN account and supply all required documentation prior to travel.
Please note all guests (including Canadian residents) must create an ArriveCan account and a submission as per below.
Uploading your documents to ArriveCAN.
All guests aged 12 and above who will be travelling to Canada need to supply proof of citizenship and Covid-19 vaccination status in ArriveCAN prior to travel. If you're travelling with others, you can include multiple travellers in your ArriveCAN submission.
Creating an account and submitting the required documents for all travellers must be done prior to sailing. Failure to comply will result in you being denied entry to Canada at your own cost. We also recommend that you carry physical copies of all required travel documents with you when you travel.
