Passenger locator form

Some countries currently require additional documentation for anyone traveling to, from or through cruise ports. Use the information on this page to guide you through.

We’d like to remind you that it's important to stay up to date with the latest travel requirements relating to all aspects of your holiday. It is your responsibility to organize and complete all documentation and testing requirements, therefore please ensure you are aware of, and compliant with, the latest Government guidance for traveling. This includes travel to your port of embarkation and your return home. The guidance may change with little warning. For the latest government guidance please visit the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) website.

Some countries require anyone entering to complete a Passenger Locator Form (PLF). The time frame to complete your PLF depends on the country.

We have put together some helpful guides detailing everything you need to know to complete your PLF before you board your ship.

For the latest requirements to go ashore, please see our Port Entry Requirements A-Z guide. This is updated regularly as local restrictions and protocols evolve.
