Passenger locator form
We’d like to remind you that it's important to stay up to date with the latest travel requirements relating to all aspects of your holiday. It is your responsibility to organize and complete all documentation and testing requirements, therefore please ensure you are aware of, and compliant with, the latest Government guidance for traveling. This includes travel to your port of embarkation and your return home. The guidance may change with little warning. For the latest government guidance please visit the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) website.
Some countries require anyone entering to complete a Passenger Locator Form (PLF). The time frame to complete your PLF depends on the country.
We have put together some helpful guides detailing everything you need to know to complete your PLF before you board your ship.
Pre-cruise requirements for guests travelling to Indonesia
For all guests travelling to Bali, it is compulsory to submit a customs declaration online and present the QR code to authorities when going ashore.
We recommend completing this before embarkation.
How to complete the Bali customs declaration
The customs declaration is only required for guests travelling to Bali.
Guests must complete a customs declaration by visiting the Denpasar Customs website and entering their details.
Guests must declare any items that they intend to take ashore with them whilst in Indonesia. Once complete, they will receive a QR code that will be scanned by Customs Officials as they go ashore.
Please note, the declaration must be completed individually and can be completed ahead of time. It is recommended to complete prior to embarking for your voyage.
Pre-cruise requirements for guests traveling to Singapore.
All guests traveling to Singapore will need to complete an SG Arrival Card within 3 days prior to arrival in Singapore.
Submission via the official SG Arrival Card e-Service is free of charge.
What is the SG Arrival Card?
The SG Arrival Card is an electronic landing card for all travelers to Singapore. It also works as a Travel Health Declaration. A Travel Health Certificate is required by the government to safeguard public health during the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic.
The Singapore Arrival Card is an e-Service that allows foreigners to provide the Singaporean government with important travel and identity information before they reach the country.
It is a completely electronic system that replaces the old paper-based D/E card for Singapore (Disembarkation/Embarkation). Consequently, the D/E system has been discontinued and is no longer available.
You can find the latest entry requirements for Singapore on the official Government of Singapore’s website. We’ve also outlined the most-up-to date information on this page to help you complete the steps you need to take at home, prior to embarking on your Cunard voyage.

Completing your SG Arrival Card Online.
Within 3 days prior to arrival at the Singapore port, all guests will need to complete an SG Arrival Card. You will be able to access the webpage for free on board.
Step by step process for completing the Singapore Arrival Card:
- Go to the official SG Arrival Card E-service website https://eservices.ica.gov.sg/sgarrivalcard/ and click on “Foreign Visitors (including In-Principle Approval (IPA) Holders)".
- Next, select:
- “Individual Submission” if you are submitting for yourself only, or
- “Group Submission” if you are submitting on behalf of a group – (more than one guest).
- Next, you need to fill in your personal information: full name, passport number, date of birth, and citizenship. Please include your name as it appears on your passport, including any middle names. Click “Confirm” when you finish.
- Next, fill in your additional information: sex, date of passport expiry, place of residence, country of birth, email address, and mobile number. Then click “Continue".
- Next, please complete the “Trip 1 Information” section. Fill in the date of your arrival in Singapore and your mode of travel: by air, land, or sea. Then click “Confirm".
- On the following page, you will need to select “CRUISE” as your mode of travel. For your accommodation, select whether you are staying in a hotel, residential, or others. If you select hotel, you will need to select in the dropdown the name of the hotel where you will be staying. If it’s residential, you will need to fill in the address. Select “Others” if you are going to Singapore on transit or a day trip. You will also need to select the last city/port of embarkation before Singapore, as well as the next city/port of disembarkation after Singapore. If your next city is the same as your port of embarkation before Singapore, simply tick the box that says “Same as Last City". Next, fill in the date of your departure from Singapore.
- In the “Others” section, you are asked if you have ever used a passport under a different name to enter Singapore.
- Next is the “Health Declaration” section. Here you are asked about your travel history and if you have experienced any symptoms of Covid-19 in the last 7 days. Click on “Preview” when you finish.
- A summary of your answers can be found on the next page. If there is information that you need to change, click on the “Edit” button on the bottom part of the page. If everything is correct, read the declaration then tick the box “I have read and agreed to the declaration” on the bottom part of the page. Then click “Submit".
- The Individual Submission and Group Submission are almost the same. The difference is that in the Group Submission, you first fill in the information of the lead guest. Once the Health Declaration is complete, then click on the “Add Traveller” button and do the same for any remaining guests.
- Upon submission of the SG Arrival Card, you will receive an acknowledgment message on the next page. You can either print it or download the message and save it as a PDF on your device. An acknowledgment message will also be sent to your email. You will be required to show the acknowledgment message at immigration in Singapore.
