On a relaxing and scenic drive into Andalusia you’ll stop for dramatic photos of the Rock, before arriving at a family-run cork and cattle farm, whose farmhouse dates back to 1797.
You’ll discover a centuries-old method of harvesting cork bark from the oak trees, for the perfect cork bottle-stopper, and have the opportunity to view a herd of the deep red, local Retinto breed of cattle – one of Spain´s purest breeds.
After sampling some local tapas, you can browse the farm shop’s extensive range of local products for the perfect souvenir of your visit.
