At the House of Anvers, fine chocolate and confectionary is made from fresh Tasmanian cream, pure butter, exquisite liquors and natural flavours. Sample the chocolate and enjoy an exquisite cup of hot chocolate!
41° South is an inland fish farm rearing salmon and ginseng in the pristine water sourced from the Montana Falls. During a walking tour of the farm’s wetlands, you’ll meet the owners and discover how the fish and ginseng are grown. Taste the salmon and ginseng products and enjoy a light snack lunch whilst on site.
To round off your tasting trail, you’ll head back towards Burnie and stop en route at the Spreyton Cider Company. One of the few true tree to bottle cider producers, it has been in the same family for four generations and grows the highest quality fruit for the people of Tasmania and the world. Sample a glass of cider, before relaxing on the return drive to the pier.
