I have a Cunard World Club number but did not enter it when registering for an account. When I login, I notice a new World Club number that does not match my current one. Have I lost my loyalty status?

No, you have not lost your loyalty status. We still have a record of your loyalty status with the correct World Club number. We are in the process of resolving this issue. Please call our Customer Service team at (800) 728-6273 if this happens to you so we can connect your account with the correct World Club number.

Please ensure that your number has inputted correctly. There should be no spaces, and your number should consist of 9 or 10 digits and may have a letter at the end. We often include your Cunard World Club number on emails or mailings we send to you. Also, check that your first name, last name and date of birth match what is on your passport.
