Tihany.

Channel your inner artist with masterclasses and workshops and learn top tips to perfect your craft or uncover a new skill; or watch a master at work as Douwe Blumberg creates a sculpture live in the Carinthia Lounge throughout the voyage.

Adam D. Tihany.

Adam D. Tihany is widely regarded as one of the world’s preeminent hospitality designers. His contribution to design has been recognized with numerous honors and awards, including the Lawrence Israel Prize from the Fashion Institute of Technology, induction into the Interior Design Hall of Fame and an Honorary Doctorate from the New York School of Interior Design.

Giancarlo Impiglia is an artist and art historian whose name is renowned in the world of art. Mr. Impiglia is the only artist who has had the honor to create art works for the four Cunard Queens.

Douwe Blumberg.

Douwe Blumberg is a bronze sculptor who is most known for his statue of a special forces soldier on horseback at the 9/11 memorial, commemorating Special Forces operations in Afghanistan during the opening days of Operation Enduring Freedom. He has received more than 200 commissions and a number of awards since becoming a sculptor in 2000.

Dr. Seth Gopin.

Dr. Seth Gopin is a man of a great many interests and talents. During his 30 years at Rutgers University, he was a lecturer in art history and a popular dean of academic affairs. He also served as the Director of Global Studies, which made him Rutgers’ ambassador to the world.

Stephen Payne.

With the purchase of Cunard in 1998, naval architect Stephen was appointed chief designer of Project Queen Mary and subsequently became Director of Project Management for the construction of the ship that became Queen Mary 2. From 2004-2010, he was Vice President Chief Naval Architect of Carnival Corporate Shipbuilding based in Southampton.

Sasha Howard.

Sasha Howard is a creative arts instructor who specializes in watercolor. Holding two City and Guilds Teaching Certificates and a Welsh Education Authority Watercolor Techniques certificate has enabled Sasha to lead workshops for adults, families, and children.

Chris Tatam is a creative arts instructor who, more recently, has been specializing in the art of egg painting and decorating. Chris’s work has received many awards and prizes over the years including a 1st at the National Eisteddfod of Wales and a highly commended at the Crafters Guild of Great Britain.
