Refunds for pre-cruise purchases.

For voyages departing on or before November 1, 2020 on Queen Mary 2 and Queen Victoria and November 23, 2020 for Queen Elizabeth.

If you had already lined up extra experiences on board there’s no need to contact us. We will create and apply an On Board Credit (to be used the next time you sail with us, or indeed, rolled over from one voyage to the next) to the value of 110% for any purchases you may have made through My Cunard or our Customer Service department.  You may use your On Board Credit across multiple voyages you have booked with us, up until and including November 30, 2022. 

Those guests who would prefer a 100% cash refund for these pre-cruise purchases should fill out this form. You may request a cash refund up to, and including November 30, 2020.

Due to the extraordinary circumstances associated with Covid-19 and the impact to our Customer Service department, refunds may take up to 60 days to be processed. We kindly ask that you bear with us and refrain from calling or emailing Customer Service unless absolutely necessary so we can prioritize helping guests with the most urgent needs.
