Refunds for pre-cruise purchases.

Pre-purchased experiences for canceled voyages with a departure date after November 1, 2020 on Queen Mary 2 or Queen Victoria and after November 23, 2020 on Queen Elizabeth.

Any shore experiences, dining, or drinks packages you purchased for your voyage via My Cunard or our Customer Service Department will be automatically refunded back to the payment card you used to make these purchases and there is no need to contact us.

We aim to process these refunds as quickly as possible and kindly ask that you refrain from calling or emailing our Customer Service Department at this time, unless your inquiry is urgent.

Pre-purchased experiences for canceled voyages that were due to depart on or before November 1, 2020 on Queen Mary 2 and Queen Victoria and November 23, 2020 for Queen Elizabeth.

Please be advised the pre-purchased experience refund request form, for all voyages departing on or before November 1, 2020 on Queen Mary 2 and Queen Victoria and November 23, 2020 for Queen Elizabeth, closed on November 30, 2020.
