Refunds for pre-cruise purchases.
If you booked an on board or shore experience, and your voyage has been canceled or changed, there’s no need to contact us. We will issue an On Board Credit, for 110% of the value of purchases made through My Cunard or our Customer Contact Center. You may use this on a future voyage with us.
The 110% On Board Credit will be valid until March 31, 2022 and can be used across multiple voyages.
If you do not wish to take advantage of our enhanced 110% On Board Credit offer please complete this form, by November 30, 2020. By completing the form, you are forfeiting this offer and will instead receive 100% cash refund to the value of your canceled pre-cruise purchase.
Please note, we can only process cash refund requests via this online form due to the current demand on our Customer Contact Center. Additionally, please be advised that refunds may take up to 60 days to process.
