All guests flying into Barbados must provide evidence of completing the Barbados Immigration and Customs form here . The form will be available within 72 hours prior to travel. This will be checked at the airport before boarding your flight.

An affidavit must be completed here within 48 hours prior to arrival in Chile.

Face masks may be required whilst on board.

A Gateway2Jordan form must be filled in 72 hours before departure. This will generate a QR code that is required for entry.

Guests over 5 years need to be fully vaccinated to go ashore; this does not include boosters.

All guests are required to fill in the passenger locator form for the Philippines within 3 days prior to arrival. This can be completed here . Proof of vaccinations and face masks may be required when ashore.

All guests traveling to Singapore will need to complete an SG (Singapore) Arrival Card within 3 days prior to arrival in Singapore. This can be completed here .

Spain and the Canary Islands

Spain and the Canary Islands require you to wear masks when on public transport and in certain venues.

Masks may be required when ashore, and it is recommended to carry hand sanitiser with you.

Proof of vaccination and face masks may be needed ashore.

During your voyage it is your responsibility to meet all entry requirements for that country at the time of sailing. Please check the government website of the country you are traveling to, to ensure you are aware of the most up-to-date country requirements. We can’t accept responsibility if your denied entry to a country because you don’t meet its entry requirements.

This guide does not include details on visa requirements. We strongly suggest you get the most up to date visa information for the countries you are visiting.

Going ashore

Currently, the majority of ports do not require Covid-19 entry testing. If testing is required to go ashore in certain destinations on your itinerary, we will organize this for you. These tests will available to purchase on board. Some destinations may require face masks in various locations when ashore.

Please retain your proof of vaccination status throughout your voyage and keep this to hand when going ashore in case it is required.

Countries with documentation requirements

For all guests traveling to Bali, it is compulsory to submit a customs declaration online and present the QR code to authorities when going ashore. Please note, the declaration must be completed individually. We recommend completing this before embarkation.

You will require an Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA) for entry to the USA. Visit here to create an application and print for embarkation.

All guests 18 years and over traveling to the United States by air are required to show proof of being fully vaccinated against Covid-19. Please note the definition of ‘fully vaccinated’ is having completed an approved (by the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA), European Medicines Agency (EMA), the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), or the World Health Organization’s Emergency Use Listing (WHO EUL)) two-dose Covid-19 vaccination course, or the approved single-dose Janssen Covid-19 vaccine.

All guests 18 years and over travelling to the U.S. by air are required to show proof of being fully vaccinated against Covid-19. These U.S. entry requirements are separate from our cruise protocols.
