As part of a small group, embark on a guided walking tour through the old town of Sibenik, during which your knowledgeable guide will enlighten you with tales of its rich history. As you stroll through the town, a stop will be made to visit the Cathedral of St James. The Cathedral was awarded UNESCO World Heritage status in 2000, and is the most important architectural monument of Renaissance in Croatia.

Enjoy a little free time to explore further at your leisure, before re-boarding your coach for a scenic drive through the countryside to a family-owned farm. Upon arrival at Roca Farm, you’ll be greeted with a warm welcome from the owner who will then introduce you to their typical working day, during a tour of the estate. You’ll see interesting items that are integral to the functioning of a working farm and its traditions.

Afterwards, indulge in a delicious luncheon made up of items produced on the farm. The family produce prosciutto, sausages and cold cuts from their own pigs, and you’ll have the opportunity to sample these local specialties during.
