A true gem of Scotland’s east coast, steeped in history and folklore. Enjoy a guided tour of the 18th century town of Cromarty, noting the 17th century East Church, the old Courthouse and Hugh Miller’s thatched cottage. Continue on above the fabled Fairy Glen, stopping at Fortrose to photograph the beautiful ruins of its 13th century cathedral. Further on, you’ll catch a glimpse of the colourful hanging rags at Clootie Well, whose waters are said to bring good luck and health. A final stop will be made at North Kessock, to try and spot Moray Firth dolphins and take in the views.
