For voyages sailing on or after 1 April 2022, standard payment terms apply. See our policy page for full details.
ATOL and ABTA protected. When you book with Cunard your money and holiday are in safe hands, with the added confidence of ABTA and ATOL protection.
FCCs can be used on any Cunard voyage on sale, subject to availability at the time of booking. If the cost of the new voyage is more than the FCC, you can simply pay the difference between the value of the FCC and the deposit or balance payment (if after the date the balance for your holiday is due). You may also use this FCC to upgrade an existing booking. Should you wish to do this, you should contact your travel agent or our Customer Contact Centre, if you have booked direct.
All new bookings using FCCs will be subject to Cunard booking conditions, including our standard cancellation terms. Once an FCC has been applied to a new booking, in the event of a cancellation of a cruise by the guest, any refund will be given in FCC. If a cancellation of the whole voyage is necessary due to Covid-19, you will be given a refund of your FCC.
*If your cruise is part of a wider holiday package booked through a tour operator please contact your tour operator for information relating to their policies in place, should you be denied boarding.
It’s mandatory for all UK guests to have comprehensive cruise-specific travel insurance when they sail with us. Whilst we hope you never have to claim, the policy will ensure you’re able to relax and enjoy your voyage knowing you’re protected should you need it.
You must also ensure your policy includes cover for repatriation, cancellation and curtailment and full cover for any and all pre-existing medical conditions worldwide, or as a minimum, in the countries you are due to visit. You will be asked to confirm you have travel insurance at the terminal and you may need to provide proof of your policy. It is your responsibility to ensure you have appropriate cover in place. Unfortunately you will be denied boarding, at your own expense, if you do not arrange insurance.
Cunard has partnered with Holiday Extras to offer appropriate travel insurance for our holidays.
