Complimentary flexible transfers.For added peace of mind it helps to have flexibility. With our Flexible Transfer Policy, you can transfer your booking, free of charge and as many times as you like, up to 30 days before your holiday departs for voyages sailing on or before 31 December 2021. In the unlikely event we need to cancel your holiday, you'll be offered a 125% Future Cruise Credit to the value of the balance you've paid. ATOL and ABTA protected.When you book with Cunard your money and holiday are in safe hands, with the added confidence of ABTA and ATOL protection.
Our promise to you.
If you or a member of your household test positive for Covid-19 within 14 days of sailing, or if you are not permitted to travel following completion of the Health Declaration (which will be in line with the latest government and industry guidelines) you will be denied boarding and will receive a non-refundable Future Cruise Credit (FCC) to the value of the voyage which is not ABTA or ATOL protected. We will also automatically refund any pre-voyage purchases made through My Cunard*.
If you were part of a linked booking, your friends or family will also be able to opt for the FCC and refund for purchases made. Just ask us to make sure all members of your travelling group are linked when you make your booking.
*If your cruise is part of a wider holiday package booked through a tour operator please contact your tour operator for information relating to their policies in place, should you be denied boarding.
It’s mandatory for all UK guests to have comprehensive cruise-specific travel insurance when they sail with us. Whilst we hope you never have to claim, the policy will ensure you’re able to relax and enjoy your voyage knowing you’re protected should you need it.
You must also ensure your policy includes cover for repatriation, cancellation and curtailment and full cover for any and all pre-existing medical conditions worldwide, or as a minimum, in the countries you are due to visit. You will be asked to confirm you have travel insurance at the terminal and you may need to provide proof of your policy. It is your responsibility to ensure you have appropriate cover in place. Unfortunately you will be denied boarding, at your own expense, if you do not arrange insurance.
