Delve into the delights of both levels of medieval Tallinn, as well as the surrounding areas.
Sit back and enjoy a ride through the city centre before a photo stop at the Song Festival Grounds. Then your walking tour begins of Tallinn’s Upper Old Town. You’ll see the baroque Toompea Castle and admire the golden icons and mosaics in the Alexander Nevsky Russian Orthodox Cathedral, which dominates Palace Square.
You’ll stroll along the medieval cobbled streets to the gothic Dome Church, the city’s oldest church, then soak up wonderful views of the Lower Old Town rooftops. After descending into the Lower Town, you’ll have some free time in Town Hall Square, before lunch in a typical Old Town restaurant.
At a historical residence you’ll enjoy a traditional musical concert, before some free time to browse the craftsmen's workshops in Catherine’s Passage.
