Cunard is delighted to welcome world champion heptathlete and Liverpool Icon Katarina Johnson-Thompson back to Queen Anne, to headline the first Wellness at Sea voyage.
Guests can enjoy an exclusive Insights talk with Katarina, where she will share stories from her athletic career, reflect on what wellness means to her, and why it matters. She will also reveal her top tips for maintaining mental and physical wellbeing ahead of the 2026 Commonwealth Games.

Adrienne Adhami
Adrienne Adhami is a leading wellness coach, brand advisor, and author. Adrienne’s work sits at the intersection of wellness, lifestyle and culture. She has partnered with brands such as Google, Bupa, Virgin Atlantic & Range Rover.
Adrienne’s expertise ranges from how to optimise wellbeing and performance to goal-setting and decision-making. Her insights have been featured in British Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar, and the Telegraph. Each week Adrienne hosts the Modern Wellness Podcast to discuss the latest wellness news, trends, and insights.
Lydia Slater
Lydia Slater is the Editor-in-Chief of Harper’s Bazaar, where she leads the iconic magazine in celebrating fashion, culture, and the modern career woman.
A recognised fashion authority, Lydia judges the annual Goodwood Talent in Fashion Awards and sits on the press committee of the British Fashion Council; she contributed a chapter to Balenciaga: Kublin – A Fashion Record (Thames & Hudson, 2024). She also serves on the advisory council of Walpole’s Women in Luxury programme, is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and a member of the Ginsburg Women’s Health Board.
