Anthony Inglis and the National Symphony Orchestra.

A regular favourite in the Cunard calendar, the UK’s National Symphony Orchestra joins Queen Mary 2 once again for a celebration of classical music.

12 - 19 September 2021, Queen Mary 2.

A musical journey.

Maestro Anthony Inglis will conduct the NSO in two memorable orchestral performances in the Royal Court Theatre. Guests will be treated to a concert of all-American music, including Gershwin's Rhapsody in Blue, after departing New York, and an evening celebrating the Best of British music, before arrival in Southampton.

Charismatic conductor Inglis leads the audience, choir, soloists and orchestra in both concerts, as well as presenting an additional concert featuring Ravel's Bolero.

Guests also have the unique chance to hear a hugely entertaining talk by Inglis about his distinguished career as an international conductor of major orchestras and his early life working in London's West End theatre, followed by a Q&A session.

As one of the longest-serving guest performers with Cunard, Antony provides fascinating insights to supplement his spectacular orchestral performances.
