Departing from the pier, you’ll drive to the Saguenay National Park for a 1½ mile hike. Starting at the interpretation centre, you’ll head along the Point de Vue du Soupir hiking trail.

The Saguenay National Park lies along its namesake the Saguenay Fjord and offers nature at its best. The spectacular views and awe inspiring scenery makes it an area of outstanding natural beauty. During your hike, admire all that there is around you and breathe in the fresh countryside and mountain air.

Your hike will end with a lovely view of the fjord, mountains and valleys. Enjoy some free time at the interpretation centre, before the return drive to the pier.

This excursion will operate by city or school bus and on foot. This tour will operate by school bus and on foot. The transport for this tour will be shared with the kayaking tour. This is a challenging hike and only suitable for those in good physical condition. The hike will take around two hours round trip and involves an elevation gain of 450 feet, including approximately 500 steps to climb up and down. Please take a bottle of water, and a light jacket. A back pack is advised. Children may not participate. It is essential to wear footwear suitable for hiking over rough, uneven and sometimes wet ground.

Enjoy a glimpse of Québec’s surroundings as you take a drive to the heliport. Here, you’ll be briefed on your 12 minute flight experience before taking to the skies. Once airborne, you’ll be surrounded by fabulous birds-eye views that stretch across Québec City and its surrounding countryside.

Peer down over Old Québec, a UNESCO World Heritage Site where you can spot ancient fortifications and the historic Battlefield Park. Enjoy a rare birds-eye view of the famous Château Frontenac, one of the most notable views, from directly above its castle like spires. You’ll also sweep over Cap Diamant and take in the magnificent St Lawrence River.

Your flight will encompass many more wonderful views for you to enjoy, before finally landing back at the airport.

This excursion will operate by minibus and helicopter. Total flight time is around 12 minutes. This tour is non-refundable once booked. Children must be three years and over. There is a strict weight restriction of 20 stone per person and a recommended height of no more than six feet and four inches. Your weight and height will be requested on board and must be accurate, as this determines the helicopter configuration. If a guest is over the stated restrictions they will be charged for an additional seat. The helicopter size varies between three and six seats. Seating is allocated on the day and preferences cannot be made. This tour is subject to the weather conditions and may be cancelled at short notice. Guests must be able to negotiate steps on to and off the minibus and the helicopter.

Tall ship, ‘Silva’ is located in the heart of Halifax’s waterfront. After a short walk you’ll board the classic tall ship and set sail to enjoy the fabulous views of Halifax from the deck.

Discover this historic seaside city with miles of shoreline guarded by George’s Island and its graceful lighthouse. Keep a lookout for marine life whilst the crew and captain haul the lines and raise the sails. Whilst onboard, sample some local fare as you tuck into Canadian maple tarts and Nova Scotian fresh blueberry tarts, accompanied by soft drinks and coffee or tea.

Sit back, relax and enjoy a toe tapping performance by a local fiddler and when the music breaks there will be a commentary highlighting the points of interest along the way.

Most of all, on your voyage you’ll savour the legendary hospitality that Atlantic Canada is most famous for.

This excursion will operate by tall ship. To board the tall ship there is a 10-15 minute walk each way on flat paved ground and a wooden boardwalk. The tall ship sailing is around 1½ hours. The gangway has a slight incline and once on board there are several steps down to the lounge area and facilities. The raising of the sails is weather dependant and it may be necessary for the ship engines to be used. The open deck has a canopy covering in case of inclement weather. It is advisable to bring a light jacket as it may feel cooler once on the water.
