Highlights include Haleakala National Park and Haleakala Crater, which is so vast you could fit the entire island of Manhattan inside it, and whose terrain is so other-worldly NASA used it to simulate the face of the moon!

See the majestic waterfalls of Manawainui Valley, Oheo Gulch (Seven Pools), charming and isolated Hana town, and the incredibly lush Hana Rainforest Preserve, the largest rainforest in the United States.

See Keanae Valley, and the rugged coast of East Maui, while your expert Blue Hawaiian pilot—a State of Hawaii Certified Tour Guide—enriches everything you see. This excursion operates by shuttle and by helicopter. Scenic transfer time to Kahului Heliport is 50 minutes. Flight time is approximately 45 minutes. For each guest weighing 250 pounds or more, an adjacent, empty seat purchase is required to safely balance the aircraft. The charge for an adjacent empty seat is reduced to 50% off of the tour price. For Children 24 months and older the FAA requires them to have their own seat. Infants 0 to 23 months can sit on a lap free of charge.

Join the friendly and experienced staff aboard the spacious Trilogy catamaran for a snorkel adventure off the stunning west coast of Maui.

West Maui is home to many of the best snorkelling spots on Maui. The coastline is beautiful, with excellent marine life, calm coves, and all ideal for enjoying a wonderful ocean adventure. There are many lovely snorkelling spots to choose from and your experienced and knowledgeable crew will pick the best snorkel spots for the day.

If you wish to snorkel you will be provided with snorkelling gear, instruction and a great personal service, or simply sit back, relax and drink in the breathtaking scenery.

This excursion will operate by bus and catamaran. Please wear swimming attire under your clothes and bring a towel, sunscreen and a hat. Please bring a light jacket or sweatshirt, as temperatures can vary. Deck or rubber-soled shoes are recommended. Snorkelling equipment is included. Participants must be competent swimmers as snorkelling will be conducted in water too deep to stand up in.

Explore the most geologically active volcano environment on earth—the legendary Kilauea Volcano, which has been continuously erupting since 1983, making Hawaii’s Big Island the world’s youngest land mass.

Your expert pilot is also a State of Hawaii certified tour guide, and with 2 way communication between pilot and guests, your exploration of Madame Pele’s spectacular, fiery wonders will be a powerful learning experience and an experience not to miss.

Fly over the most current areas of volcanic activity, search for lava flows and view black-sand beaches, lush tropical rain forests and small cascading waterfalls while being enriched with fascinating facts about the history and culture of Hawaii.

Upon return to the heliport you’ll have some free time to review your DVD (available for purchase) or shop for souvenirs, before heading back to the pier.

This excursion operates by minivan and helicopter. The flight lasts approximately 35-45 minutes. Videos of flights are available for purchase. Guests weighing 250lbs or more are required to purchase an additional seat. Guests and personal belongings will be weighed upon check in. Tour routes and sights visited may vary according to wind and weather conditions. Volcanic activity varies hourly.

Take a scenic drive over the most expensive freeway ever built, H3, to the island’s windward side, to the Valley of the Temples and location of the stunning Byodo Temple. Lying at the base of 2,000 foot lush green cliffs, this beautiful Buddhist temple is a replica of the 900 year old Byodo-In located in Uji, Japan. The valley sits against a back-drop of tall cliffs and is landscaped with traditional lush Japanese gardens and Koi ponds. Inside the temple you’ll find the largest wooden Buddha carved over 900 years ago and decorated with gold and lacquer.

Travel North along scenic shores past Chinaman’s Hat and Kahana Bay to Kahuku, home of the North Shore Shrimp Farms. You’ll stop at one of the locals favorite shrimp trucks for some delicious locally farmed Garlic Shrimp, Fish or Chicken and Hawaiian style shaved ice.

After lunch a short drive will bring you to beautiful Sunset Beach, which is famous for towering surf during the winter months and the location of many International surf contests. Next, drive by picturesque Waimea Valley and one of the world’s finest big wave surfing beaches.

Continue on to Haleiwa Beach Park, one of many surf breaks on the North Shore which make up a strip of what many surfers call 'the seven mile miracle'. Then drive through historical Haleiwa Town, past extensive views of Hawaii’s last pineapple fields en route to the Dole Pineapple Plantation. After a brief stop at the plantation, you will return directly to the cruise ship pier.

This exciting tour is led by a trained naturalist who will provide interesting and fun information about Hawaii’s birds, plants, geology, geography, history, marine biology and oceanography throughout your adventure.

This excursion will operate by coach and on foot. It is recommended that you wear a hat, sunscreen and comfortable shoes.
