    This unbelievable experience will take you out on the lagoon, up to Taapuna Pass, where surfers play with on waves, before taking to the high seas and sailing to Fishermen’s Bay where a family of Spinner Dolphins love to play.

    Afterwards, see the famous surfing spot of Sapinus before heading back to the lagoon, where you’ll be met with a refreshing drink.

    The Underwater World contains a moving walkway which will transport you through clear acrylic tunnels for a first hand experience of the treasures of the deep. See the rich variety of species from New Zealand's coastal waters and come face to face with sharks, turtles, giant rays and other incredible deep sea creatures.

    The Antarctic Encounter is home to New Zealand's only sub-Antarctic penguins, offering a rare opportunity to see the magnificent King and Gentoo penguins up close in their icy domain. You will also be able to walk through a replica of Captain Robert Falcon Scott's Antarctic hut from 1911, complete with authentic memorabilia offers a glimpse at what it was like to live 100 years ago in the coldest place on earth.

    An opportunity to discover Ponta Delgada on foot, and enjoy the charming Botanical Gardens.

    Setting off from the port, enjoy a brief drive to the centre where, upon arrival, your walking tour will commence. Ponta Delgada is well known for it's churches and you will head to one of the most visited, the Church of St Sebastian. The Gothic style church is believed to have been constructed between 1531 and 1547.

    Your walk will then continue through the bustling main streets of Ponta Delgada before making a stop at the Convent and Chapel of Our Lady of Hope. The richly decorated 16th century chapel is home to the statue of ‘Jesus Christ of the Miracles’, a present given to the nuns of the convent by Pope Clement VII in 1530.

    After your walking tour, you will rejoin your coach for a short drive to the Jose Canto Botanical Garden. Here, you can learn the history of Jose Canto, a renowned gardener and botanist, and enjoy a stroll through the pleasant gardens. To round off your tour, another short drive will take you to the Antonio Borges Botanical Gardens, established by local politician and merchant trader António Borges Medeiros, an avid 19th century amateur botanist. Take a wander through the gardens, before the return drive to the port.

    You will take a panoramic drive through the city centre of Noumea in an air-conditioned coach. Along the way your guide will highlight various landmarks including the typically French architecture and South Pacific culture.

    Your first stop will be Parc Forestier, the park overlooks the city of Noumea at an elevation of 548 feet and covers 85 acres, of which 20 acres are open to visitors. In addition to flora and fauna this Park has ponds and lakes, and is home to a large variety of wild and domestic birds.

    In the company of your guide, set off at an easy pace along well-marked, level walkways through this peaceful sanctuary offering a natural look at the flora, together with the animal and bird-life of the South Pacific. Among the many species you may see is the Cagou, a flightless bird that is the symbol of New Caledonia, with a call often mistaken for that of a barking dog. The wooden villas have been lovingly restored and repainted, and beautiful gardens developed around them to enhance their glory. Most of the houses are built of solid timber from the Kauri tree, Agathis Australis, a native tree known for its straight growth habit and lack of knots. Enjoy a guided tour of the Devonport Peninsula enjoying the colonial architecture and peaceful tranquillity of this historical village, followed by free time to explore the speciality shops.

    The Roman City of Bath and the beautiful countryside which surrounds it, has been described as one of England's most beautiful places to visit. Bath is situated within the south west of England and is a 2,000 year old fabulous spa town, built around Britain's only hot mineral springs.

    Bath offers a multitude of fantastic places to visit and is very easy to navigate on foot. Designated as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1987, the city has some of the finest architectural sites in Europe and boasts a unique and diverse range of historic features, which attract people the world over.

    Your visit will begin with a panoramic tour of Bath, with your guide bringing the city to life as you pass the Roman Baths, Bath Abbey, the Royal Crescent, the Circus and the parks, including Royal Victoria Park. There will be approximately three hours’ free time to explore this historic city at your own leisure. Watch the many street performers, visit the Roman Baths Museum, discover Jane Austen’s connection to the city at the Jane Austen Centre, wander around the fabulous shops or simply sit back and enjoy the bustling atmosphere.

    This excursion will operate by 4x4 vehicle. This is an off-road experience and the itinerary may be modified due to local weather conditions and accessibility. The trails can be muddy and slippery, so you may get dirty. Please take bottled water with you.     Furnas Valley is one of richest hydrological areas in Europe with over 22 thermal springs; a truly breathtaking site.

    Heading out of Ponta Delgada towards the North East, you will see roads lined with Japanese Cedars, Hydrangeas and Ginger Lilies until you reach Ribeira Grande, a unique city with a strong feeling of Portuguese influence.

    Heading further north towards a wonderful lookout point, Pico do Ferro Belvedere spectacular views over the Furnas Valley. Descending the Valley, you will have time to explore the Terra Nostra Gardens. Developed over the centuries, the Gardens have an extensive selection of trees from all over the world, as well as a serpentine canal, grottoes, camellias, ferns and cycas.

    With over 22 hot springs, Furnas Valley in the area of San Miguel, is where volcanic nature still remains an important part of the island's culture. Locals still make use of the Caldeiras (hot springs) for cooking a kind of stew called 'cozido' using the natural steam venting along the shores of Furnas Lake.

    Your return journey will pass by Vila Franca do Campo, the former capital of the island.


    This excursion will operate by coach and on foot. This tour involves around one hour of walking over some cobblestone, gravel and uneven surfaces, including steps. There is a walk of approximately ten minutes on a slightly inclined road from the coach drop off point, to reach the Pico do Ferro Belvedere viewpoint. Comfortable, flat non slip walking shoes are recommended.
