Step 1 - Choose Your Voyage
Use our voyage search to find your Cunard voyage – you can search by ship, destination, date and duration.
Step 2 - Book Your Voyage
To book your Cunard voyage you will need to know:
- Ship & Departure Date
- Which type of stateroom you would like to stay in
- Full names (as it appears on their passport), date of birth, addresses and telephone numbers of all guests sailing
- Emergency Contact Details - the name and number of who we can contact in the event of an emergency.
- Dinner Seating Preferences - table size, time of sitting (if dining in the Britannia restaurant) and whether you are travelling with another party. (Please note that while every effort will be made to meet these preferences, we cannot guarantee to do so in all cases).
- Special Requirements - special dietary or medical requirements, or if you are pregnant. If you require kosher or halal meals please contact our reservations department on 1-800-CUNARD (1-800-728-6273) no later than six weeks prior to departure.
At the time of your cruise booking we will give you a booking reference number and ask you to pay a deposit ranging from 10% to 30% per person depending on type of promotion reserved. For bookings made within 90 days of departure (or 120 days for World Voyages) we will ask you to pay the full fare amount.

Mobility - guests with disabilities or mobility issues (including guests who use wheelchairs) must advise Cunard at the time of booking and will be asked to provide further information to facilitate their experience on board. Guests may bring their own wheelchairs; however a limited number are available on board and must be requested at the time of booking. A returnable deposit may be payable on board for this service. Guests requiring assistance with personal care are advised they should travel with a suitable companion who can assist them in day-to-day tasks. Cunard reserves the right to refuse passage to any guest who has failed to notify Cunard of any disability, mobility issue or need for assistance or who in the opinion of Cunard is unfit for travel, or whose condition may constitute a danger to themselves or to others on board.
Step 3 - Confirmation
We’ll email you a confirmation detailing the amount received, the balance outstanding and the due date for payment in full.
Step 4 - Update Your Details
All guests are required to supply Cunard with mandatory information required by immigration authorities and final documents cannot be released until this information has been received. Please complete these details, at your earliest convenience, online by visiting Cunard’s Voyage Personaliser. If you are unable to access the internet please either contact your travel agent or Cunard for assistance.
Step 5 - Book Your Shore Excursions
You can select and pre-book your shore excursions for your voyage by using Voyage Personaliser.
Step 6 - Pay Your Balance
Cunard Line must receive the balance of your fare no later than 90 days before departure (or 120 days for World Voyages). If it is not received by Cunard Line by the due date we reserve the right to end the contract between us and re-sell the accommodation held for you, which will also result in the forfeiture of your deposit. Your final balance can be taken from the credit or debit card used to pay your deposit.

Step 7 - Pre-Voyage Documents
About 50 days before you sail, we’ll send your pre voyage documents telling you all you need to know about your luxury cruise.
Step 8 - Tickets
Once your immigration information has been supplied, your E Ticket will be available to download by visiting your Voyage Personaliser, approximately 45 days prior to departure. Your ticket will advise of your check in time in the cruise terminal. If your voyage includes a flight, your flight tickets will also be available to download and show you relevant airport check in details.
