How can I communicate with everyone back home?

Queen Mary 2 has internet capabilities as well as satellite phone systems aboard. Communication from the ship back home is relatively easy. You can access your own e-mail at the internet café located in Cunard ConneXions. All of the accommodations have direct-dial phone satellite phone service if necessary.

Is audio/video equipment available, and is there a fee for usage?

The audio/video equipment aboard Queen Mary 2 is one of the most sophisticated equipments available at any resort. All A/V equipment is free of charge.

Are there meeting facilities on board?

Yes. Queen Mary 2 has over 30,000 square feet of meeting facilities the largest on any cruise ship. We are able to accommodate a wide variety of meetings aboard – from a small board meeting to a large general session. There is no extra charge for the meeting space.

How are private functions handled?

Your private functions will be scheduled in advance of your trip and will be held in one of the ship’s many public spaces.

Is there a group beverage package available?

Yes, there are different beverage packages available ranging from wine with dinner to 24 hour open bar including wine with lunch and dinner nightly. Pricing is available through the incentive department. 

How does a voyage compare with a land-based resort?

A voyage with Cunard is a tremendous value because many of the items not included at a land based resort are already included in your voyage fare such as all meals, 24-hour room service, alternative dining restaurants, all entertainment day and night, meeting facilities, audio/video equipment, and coffee breaks to name a few.

What is included in my voyage fare?

The voyage fare includes accommodations, all meals, alternative dining options such as Lotus, La Piazza, and The Carvery, 24-hour room service, turndown service nightly, three production shows and entertainment nightly, planetarium shows, enrichment lectures, meeting facilities, audio visual equipment, and use of the Canyon Ranch SpaClub® state-of-the-art fitness centre.
